Great service and AMAZING manager, helped me look for what I just needed and was very educated on their products!

We didn’t even think they were open at first glance because their open sign isn’t lit, No variety. No customer service. No staff. Too bright. Musics too loud or no music at all.

Great customer service, the girls are always super helpful and friendly. Never felt uncomfortable asking for assistance.

Huge inventory of dvds and magazines. Great store they also have alot of clothing and toys

I went today as a 1st time customer and I absolutely love that they are plus size inclusive! It can be very intimidating to walk in places like this and not feel judged.the girls here made me feel comfortable and confident with the purchases I made. I will definitely be back to do some more shopping!

Love it here! They are the only store that I've been to that caries 4x lingerie. I wish it had more variety of toys/brands though. Highly recommend

AWESOME customer service, the store has SO MANY variety of products. Really happy with my purchase! They also have a loyalty program which gives you a %40 discount once you get some points. Okay but hear me out, it’s definitely the best store for adults

Unfortunately their customer service isn’t very welcoming or inviting. You would assume that an establishment that provides these novelties, (which some people might feel shy and embarrassed to shop for in person) would make you feel comfortable walking in the door. Instead, you’re greeted with what felt an interrogation. It’s not what was said, but how it came across. Girl, let me look around and shop, first. They didn’t have what we were initially looking for, but their attitude killed any ‘want’ of looking around for other items. Needless to say, we will not be returning here.
