DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE if i could give them -0 on a rating i would They literally scammed me out of 2500 dollars i purchase a vehicle from them and a couple days later they claimed the deal didn’t go through after i bought the truck back to get it fixed they took it back and won’t give me my money back told me i had to dispute it with my bank and i asked could he cut a check and he told me no because after he cut a check i’ll still try to dispute it with my bank thinking i would do something grimey and messed up because that is what they do there they will almost rob you blind there save yourself the trouble and save your money and go somewhere else if i could give them -0 on a rating i would

Update 9/20/2023: I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Within two days of buying this SUV, it started making a noise, the back tire stayed flat thus having to buy a new tire. We felt stuck because we brought as-is. We took the suv to be scanned at Auto Zone, the catalytic converter needed be repaired which was going to cost $850, and we hadn’t even made the first car note. The blessing out of all of this is the bank for the dealership after asking for numerous paperwork daily for one week, different representatives, with their final request asking for a three-way call to hear the balance in our personal checking account, they said the deal wasn’t going to happen. We got several calls wanting the deal to still go, but it was a clear sign that this isn’t a good deal for us after all.

We called asking for the return of 2k (down payment) upon returning the keys. The owner stated it would be fine once the paperwork was signed to get our down payment back cash. Well, when arriving at the dealership to sign the paperwork, it wasn’t ready, they wanted to drive the SUV first, knowing what they sold us, knowing there were issues with the suv, just anything to keep our 2k. We live 1 hour away, and had our babies waiting to be picked up from school in 3 different locations. We had no choice but to drive off and try again. We did not hear from management to come to any agreements about our 2k down payment, they just wanted their SUV. This is really sad for my 18 year old who wanted a nice suv to drive. However, doing the right thing for your customer and community is another thing.

We like to support black businesses but don’t take people’s hard earned money being unfair. I believe all of the comments left might be correct about this place, they will sell you a lemon and take your down payment. I’m sure it doesn’t happen to everyone, but it happened to us.

Highly recommend Jimmy to sale you or your child (son in our case) their first ride. Jimmy customer service and care for our family still stands. We don’t have anything to say about about him. Things just need to change related to customer care beyond getting people’s money and finding ways to keep their money especially after only two weeks-you can’t damage an engine or good tire if it was good from the beginning. Care about people more than a dollar, it’s greed.

This place sold me a lemon! I pay 1500 down on a car that needed a new engine & they knew it! This dealer is shady af & I'll be filing a lawsuit. Don't ever buy a car from this place. They black owned and get over on screwing there own people. The car I put money down on also had bullets under the seat so someone had been driving the car a long while before they tried to sell it to me.

This was definitely the best buying experience i’ve ever had with a car. I didn’t have much to work and i let them know ahead of time just incase, but Jimmy told me he would make it happen AND made it happen for me while also making sure I got into the car I wanted. I went with a friend and after everything was done she said she’s going to be coming back to look for her car here as well. I would recommend anyone to come here.
