Doctors Hospital of Laredo reviews
18 Rude this small chubby lady with blonde hair was just rude never again
They have no compassion for the situation you are going though she works in the er
Worst Hospital I’ve ever been to! After my wife showed up 42 weeks pregnant, we were discharged because the doctor didn’t want to deal with us knowing that the baby would be at risk if my wife wasn’t discharged and we had to make the 2 and a half hour drive to San Antonio to get our baby delivered! Absolutely worst experience and if you plan on having a baby and you live in Laredo I would advise staying away from this Hospital! They don’t care about patients and they will try and give you a C section every time! Stay away!
I gave birth here and the labor and delivery unit was amazing I unfortunately ended up in the ICU shortly after birth and was in the hospital about a week overall. Everyone here was very attentive to my needs and made a scary process for me very smooth. Very impressed with the ICU staff
Registration staff are doing an awesome job attending to the clients.
Lab technician are courteous and professional to all the patients.
Medical Records clerk needs to work on her customer service skills.
My father showed up there with a stroke and they did nothing but held him up for hours until he was flown to San Antonio HOURS later. Fortunately, university hospital in SA took care of him but with consequences due to time passed. Avoid this hospital at all costs…
If this is the best hospital in Laredo I feel sorry for the people in Laredo. Horrible face accident broken nose bust lip tooth moved out of place all from a face plant in the ground. I received NO meds for pain NO Ice pack for the swelling NO one cleaned the blood off my face or my wounds. This place was not packed or super busy. I will die before going back to this hospital were the bare minimum is NON- Existence.
Doctors Hospital NEEDS TO DO BETTER!
I had the best service at Doctors Hospital. I went in to get a diagnostic mammogram and breast ultrasound, and everyone was so professional and kind. I highly recommend Doctors Hospital!
Had an ultrasound appointment in the morning and had to register before my appointment. It only took several minutes and I was off to my appointment and I didn’t have to wait 3 hours like do at LMC. When your appoint is at 830 it really is at 8: 30.
I love getting my blood work done at Doctors Hospital. The customer service provided by Cristina was great when I checked in. Phlebotomists are always fast and have no problem finding my veins. I’ve had bad experiences at other hospitals but never at this one.
Went in for my yearly mammogram. Registration was very smooth. The girl that did my mammogram was very nice and talked with me while I was getting my mammogram done. Excellent service little waiting time.
Dr. Barraza is a very caring and knowledgeable provider. He was made to be a doctor and excels at his specialty. His staff provided excellent and extremely expedited service. Take your family and friends to see him!
Service was quick and friendly. Well organized from registering with Cristina to signing in with Gabriel to getting radiology service from Marissa. Excellent all-around!
My experience with nuclear medicine was excellent.
My negative review has something to do with the registration process. I came in at 7: 05 am on November 2,2023 for a 7: 15 appointment. I was the only one there. The lady at the registration asked for my doctor's order but I did not have one. I asked her to look for it in the system under my name. She said I needed the doctor's order. So I had to call my wife who was on the way to work, to look for it in my files. After a frustrating 30 minute looking for the order, my wife did not find anything. So hesitantly, I again asked the lady at the registration that I did not get a doctor's order and ask her again, to look into the system under my name. And there it was.
She could have saved my wife and I, the frustration of looking for the order had she looked into the system as soon as I had asked her to. There was nobody else in line. I did not get her name but she was the only there. For reference, this happened 7: 05 am on Thursday, Nov. 2,2023.
Service was excellent. Doctors, nurses, and employees were very hands on. I appreciate their kindness.
Great service at Providence! Went for a scan was out of there less than 45 minutes! Friendly staff
Very nice people but lousy service. Took an hour waiting for bloodwork and only took them about 3 minutes to draw blood. For a ct scan, waited almost 2 hours to be called. Process was done in 15/20 minutes but waiting time was horrible. Do not recommend any type of services at that hospital.
Disappointed because there was only one clerk to answer questions and sign in patients on morning Saturday, Oct. 21.
Another concern I have is that even though there is handicap parking there is only two areas to access the sidewalk leading to the main entrance.
