As soon as I called in to report my problem concerning my scanner, a technician called me and walked me through the process. It took about 2 minutes to solve my problem to my satisfaction. I Recently I had issues for both my color 8003 and my production Pro S 8210 black and white machines. Sam came out and took care of both for me.he also gave me some tips in regards to a color job i was running when I had the issue with the machine. Sam is great! He's a great IT manager who also knows the machine workings as well.
