Terrible customer service in the service department. Scheduled a service over the phone, showed up and they have no record of it. Started getting recall notices, called to schedule appointment for that and a battery that is going dead on a year old truck and they state they need my vehicle 5-7 days and will not provide a loaner. This is on a truck that has 14k miles and was purchased with a 6 yr warranty. Take your money elsewhere.

I love Doggett Ford service. Rather it be buying a car or getting it serviced. The people are always polite and courteous. I have not had any bad experiences with Ford cars or customer service. Any issue is always resolved immediately. Thanks Ford for your great service and employees!

It could have been very good but they don't really understand what the client needs, I went because I needed a thorough inspection of my truck, especially the engine because I heard a noise that I needed to know if it could be fixed and well it turns out they did a general check but only superficial nothing that I really needed and for changing the oil and the wipers and changing the buggies and the seal they were charging me an exaggerated amount and that supposedly the engine check was another separate quote and for that reason it was only superficial That was $2000 and they charged me $200 for the superficial checkup so I would not recommend this place for that reason and the company tries to hire personnel who clearly understand what the client needs because that is why you go there thinking what is much better but no.apart from that You have to pay them for that, it's not free, I really felt upset, disappointed, and not only that, they told me to go pick up my truck and I went and it turns out that they didn't have the key, which the mechanic supposedly had and I had to wait. Until a few more days because it was the weekend.

I had a fantastic experience with Doggett Ford's mobile mechanic services! Jennifer was incredibly helpful, providing exceptional customer service. Curtis, who came out to service my vehicle, was not only friendly but also highly professional. Opting for the mobile service was so convenient—I could continue working at my office while they took care of my car. I highly recommend using Doggett Ford's mobile mechanic services!

Alan and Doggett Ford did a great job with my truck. I original took it in for some minor warranty work and routine maintenance. The warrant work was a bit more complex then originally thought so Doggett gave me a loaner car. They took great care of me and my truck. Thank you!

This was my first time receiving service from Doggett. The service advisor was good, but not as friendly as other locations. The technician removed items from the glove compartment and just threw it back. He also failed to remove old service sticker.

My service at Doggett Ford was an excellent experience. The folks there were friendly and helpful. My service partner was extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming with my situation. Everything was handled swiftly and I was able to receive my vehicle back in just a couple of days. I would just like to say thanks again to Rick for an excellent service experience.

My car had an engine issue that was covered under warranty, so I dropped my car off at Doggett. My car remained with them for over a month and one week, and throughout this time, I received no updates on the car’s status, I had to initiate all calls. Anytime I wasn’t able to reach a service advisor, I was told I would get a call back, but never got one. Every time I was able to actually reach an advisor, I wouldn’t get an ETA. The only 3 times I got an ETA ‘range’, they failed to meet 2 of them and the third one was the only one that was met when I picked my car up. No rental or loaner was provided or even suggested. Service manager deferred me to Ford towards the end for perhaps some assistance, but didn’t really get much out of Ford since I was picking my car up that day, but was told that the dealership should have offered a loaner or rental. I am giving Doggett 2 stars only because it appears they repaired the car adequately with no damages to the car or theft.

The sale was great, but the tires that came with the vehicle were very used. I would have liked if they changed the tires. I would like to see if they can at least swapped them.

I told y'all that I purchased a F150 From Doggett Ford a few days ago, and that I had a great experience. Now, I have to tell you about the detailing of the truck. Alex took care of the spray on bedliner and window tint. Both look absolutely FANTASTIC! He told me how the bedliner was very durable and it would last for years. He explained the different types of tint and their percentages. After and very informative discussion, I was able to choose the right tint for me. I appreciate him taking the time to make sure I was well informed of my options. Excellent service!

I was told the parts needed for my recalls were available so I made the appointment. I was also told the work could be done at my home which was 100% amazing with my holiday schedule. The day of the appointment I was told the parts were only available for 1 of the recalls.
The contractor was super nice, made me aware that it is no problem for them to come a second time when the other part arrives. He reminded me that they also could do oil changes at my home. He made a possibly upsetting situation calm and informative. He is a great reflection of great service

They have bad service. I came to get a oil change, tell me it's going to take 1hr 30 mins. It's been almost 2 hours and they haven't even touch my truck. Service advisor Graciela denies the work to be done and wants me to leave that should come back tomorrow. She has a bad attitude.

Ms. Gwen is an awesome service person. She showed me what services that was recommended for my vehicle. And she took very good care of my needs.
