Doggett John Deere - Houston

Saw a semi truck in fb ads went there with cash in hand and test drive two different trucks later on I was convinced to to finance it instead and wanting to put down deposit he said no need to once my finance gets approved I can come pick it up. Few days later calling me asking for my income tax from 3-4 years ago and that the trucks I wanted was gone to another buyer. My credit is 700+ even if thats not good enough I can pay for equipment with cash. I wasted a whole day on my only day off in weeks. Doggett if you can see this please tell me is this dealership doing funny businesses? Bad business here. How are you running someone credit without having a merchandise to sell. That's illegal.

What a great bunch of folks. We popped in on family vacation to see the machines because my toddler is obsessed. They gave him a toy to take with him on the way out and he has not put it down since. Thanks for being so compassionate. You made my kids day!

A real friendly place, very knowledgeable technicians & great management. All they need to get for a 5 star rating is Air Conditioning in the shop.

For someone that spends over $50K per year with Doggett equipment locations, they obviously do not care about my concerns. Between myself and one of my site directors we have contacted corporate office more than 8-10 times requesting a callback from someone at corporate to address some major issues we have had at my Beaumont and Baton Rouge locations that use Doggett. We have left voicemails with Tim and requested callbacks from someone higher up since he would not return our calls. The lady that answers all the calls at corporate was very kind and helpful in relaying my man messages for almost 2 weeks of me calling, but nobody has called me back. For a company that is supposed to help me save money on my equipment by maintaining it has cost me a ton in incorrect diagnoses, not completing work that was paid for on several occasions, and the list goes on. I have used a lot of heavy equipment companies through my company, and never been treated like this.

This is a hugeee place. Needed a tune up ona zero turn and they were fast. Needed a belt spark plugs and sensor replacement. They had all parts on hand so it was a breeze.
