2Worse customer service ever, there is no mask mandate on city or even a sign in the front door to wear a mask. Lady saw me go inside and get next in line for 20 minutes without a mask and after going next told me I need a mask. I told her I was fully vaccinated and there is no sign in the front. She still told me she was not going to help me. Even though there is a glass in front of her. This is so unprofessional of her. Never going in there ever again.
Terrible customer service. Today 10/5/20 at 5;00 pm I went to this location as I do every month, I asked the young lady if it was possible to provide some hand sanitizer for us the customers.she basically ignored me.she just responded look at the screen and sign if ingormat6is correcton. I said you're not listening to me. I'm just asking if you can talk to your superiors and get us some hand sanitizer.and again I was totally ignored.and handed my the receipt of my transaction.
Terrible, terrible attitude! No desire to go back!
