Dollar General, Denton TX

The homeless bunch behind there are like family idk what i would do without them. The store itself is alright just cluttered. They should donate all of their clearance items. The staff are ok but they should be more compassionate of the homeless back there.

For a quick in and out Dollar General is worth the stop. Saves you the maze and Walmart's crowds. Everyday items like paper products, drinks, limited grocery.coffee, sugar, snacks, are reasonably to super low prices. Heath and beauty supplies are ample. Add to that lots of cheap stuff from toys to clothing if you're super tight on a budget.

Probably one of the nastiest stores I have ever been into. Nothing is organized, no prices on the shelves and the employees could care less about the customers at all. I will never visit here again! Most dollar general's are all the same. I would not reccomend shopping here.

Very friendly staff. They are helpful. But the store runs out of products that they carry on a regular basis

The Dollar general store in Ponder Texas is great! Not only are the staff friendly, ; we have the coolest store around now without having to go to the city for frozen food and fresh fruit and vegetables!

Really small, this store is filthy and the parking isn't all that great, but need something in a pinch or really quick then this is the place for you

What you would expect inside, but the store property outside, was littered with trash! For those people that notice this, do not be deterred! The store inside is a bit " overcrowded", with narrow aisles. But the store has everything one might need, with only modestly higher prices.

Small, items do not show if there is a digital coupon avaialble or not. When getting simple things like face wash, they are held behind a store that yes consumer can open and get product. However the noise it makes really makes you want to not shop the store, just grab what you need and go. Store was crowded and not with people. Not enough space between area.

Competitive prices sometimes better than big companies. My wife buys all of her cleaning supplies, paper towels and snacks from Dollar General.

The Manager Joe is a racist and he's rude to customers and employees. I overheard him cussing out a customer for telling a pregnant employee, working the night, that the store was robbed while she was out of town. He banned the woman from the store for telling her. He has had hundreds of complaints but yet he still has a job. Go to the store on Mckinney, they're customer service is MUCH better.
