Dollar General, Arcola TX

It's always boxes everywhere that keeps you from going down the aisles. The cashiers are nice and friendly but it's one that looks like she might be the manager that doesn't wear a mask.

The store is not enforcing the mandatory face mask requirement for Fort Bend county. Nor do they have a sign up. The cashier did not care when I questioned her about it and continued to allow shoppers in the store without a mask.

Horrible to say the least. This store looks like the Gulf after a hurricane just hit. Racks of merchandise everywhere. It was dangerous. Please be care and enter at your own risk. Also please watch out for small kids and elderly people because they could be hurt. Not sure who manages this location but I never witnessed such a Chaotic mess. Customers were seen moving large weighted racks to get to merchandise. Long lines at peaked times with only one line opened. Save yourself the trouble and do not visit this store.

The cashier and stockers were very helpful and understanding. They were the nices ladys I've ever met.

Greedy manager, wont let me buy stuff in bulk. I was regular customer of dollar general, I spend 100 of dollars every week, but no more.

Pros:
Convenient location. Cashiers are nice and patient.

Cons:
Only one cashier majority of the time. Wait time 20+ min on average (I shop here weekly).

Boxes of merchandise is piled high throughout the store, makes it difficult to navigate through the store.
No assistance due to one one employee on the cashier.

Its sl wa ay crowded the people who work there never Pay attention to the lines and open up another lane unless you're asking them to which isn't that good

If you want a good experience and no wait. Keep going. The employees will stop and go somewhere else when other employees are not tending to the cashier. Which makes them leave a line and while other employees walk around and slowly act on customer satisfaction relations.

A very disorganized store, the aisles are always full of boxes, those boxes should be back not obstructing the aisles.

The store needed a little organizing, but that was okay because the manager and the store workers was working very very hard helping customers all around the store locate the things they couldn't find. My first time there and I loved my shopping experience. Christmas decorations, clothing, cleaning products, and almost everything you need for daily necessity at a great price.

One cashier working in the entire store. Slow checking process sure to gossiping. Store was cluttered and most things had no price on them and shelving process were incorrect on 90% if the items I was needing. Cluttered aisles and stuffed shelves made matters even worse. After 20 minutes if trying to get hello with one item in particular, I decided to shop elsewhere and left empty handed

Really poor management waited in line for almost 15 min and no manager to be found to help with the line.

The cashier was so patient with me and my coupons as you all know other couponers know that your digital coupon doesn't always work but the lady was real nice okay I don't like this Dollar General off ready I like that

Merchandise in floor to be put on shelves, too cluttered. Only one checkout counter opened and a line of customers.
