This is the worst Dollar General. Employees are everywhere but at the checkout. Shoot do the Walmart self checkout instead of waiting over 5 minutes for a cashier
Horrible experience everytime I go nothing is in the correct spot they're always out of everything I'm looking for always a huge line only 1 person working and this last time this rude cashier gave me terrible attitude my items fell thru the bag and had the nerve to say it was the way I grabbed the bag not to mention compared to la feria they jack up the prices 0 stars if I could
Always have a great shopping experience. Today however i was charged 3x for 1 item and i cant get a refund because i checked my receipt too late. I understand that it was my mistake for not paying attention to the total but they were so rude when i suggested using the cameras just to check and see what i actually purchased. I left with just a bit of broken pride because it wasnt about the money i just didnt understand why they couldn't refund me for something i did not purchase. I'll survive without my money dont think ill ever come here again though.
Called the store to see if they had a Santa hat in stock, lady that answered was kind to offer to check and a very friendly gentlemen offered to put it on hold for me as there was only 2 left. Once I got there, it was pretty busy but this gentlemen was so nice and had a great attitude with all the customers he was interacting with. I was so annoyed with walmart and traffic and these employees just made my evening stress-free! I will say though, I live down the road and come here often and those two are always the friendly ones. The others, not so much.
