Dollar General, Killeen TX

Very rude manager, always using curse words.
Store is very unorganized & has tripping hazards everywhere. Will NOT shop there again.

It was really great especially a Lil bit mama who I had a pleasure to have had a wonderful loving person especially now since I've been sick with a really bad sinus cold and I'm missing my parents and husband they have passed away my parents 2 years ago and my husband 6 months since my husband passed I appreciate the Lil bit mama we need more people in customer service job with loving and caring persona like her's maybe people would be more conciderat to those who are working on there feet and rude and disrespectful customer's some times people need a push to help them through

My favorite store, the nicest employees of any store in the area I've shopped at! And great prices too!

They never have regular formula for babies when I can't get to grocery store so I have too drive to another dollar general that always supplies it smh

Staff is helpful with out being invasive and I enjoy finding different little treasures in each store

Upon entering the store you are greeted
It is always clean, organize, shelves are stock. You can find what you are looking for.

What can I say love the Dollar General if I just need a few items don't feel like going to the grocery store having to walk all that distance waiting line parking Etc just whip into Dollar General run in run out people working there usually pretty friendly and helpful and they do have some good prices on a lot of items

Gentlemen working the register was by himself working hard, apologizing to everyone about wait times. Definitely deserves a raise for customer service satisfaction and politeness!

Usually staff is remarkable and very polite and helpful. This young man the other day was basically rude, didn't acknowledge you or talk at all. Too weird.

The young lady working the evening of 5/31 needs to be looked at for promotion. Great attitude. Kind disposition. Helpful. 1 in 100.

It was "Great"! I recognized a employee there named (Lisa) that I hadn't seen in a while. She was still to this day very nice and Helpful to me. I had left the store thinking that I had everything but I left one bag behind. When I came back we both laughed I thanked Her for holding it there for me and left the store. Amen!

People stealing left and right the place is full of carts and stuff to be put on shelves and no workers cant get around the store at all

Besides having a line long as ever sometimes.they be decent at everything else. Got them deals and steals. It's the candy spot too.

I shop here often and usually find what I'm looking for (and things I didn't know I wanted lol) but today, I didn't find it. But I'll be back for sure.

No complaints except they do have bugs, not in the food or anything like that but just randomly on the floor bugs it's kind of gross

The employees in the store work really hard. Although it is an older you can see they are doing the best they can. They are also very friendly.
