Dollar General, Montgomery TX

This is just ashamed! Every time you go in this store on hwy105 Montgomery, its a hazard. Just itch when you go inside! Isle are beyond cluttery. Need some knew managers or some staff that are more organized. Clearly they dont love their job.

No acknowledgement from store associates even after making eye contact upon entering because they were in the middle of what sounded like gossip conversation. Approaching the register, never spoke to me, without breaking their huddle of conversation I was finally rung up. Associates lack basic customer service etiquette.

I'm traveling through the state and stopped by. It had so many things, but they didn't have a good selection of cold drinks.

Other than the isles being cluttered I found everything I needed at a fair price with good service

Some fall decor for $1, and lots of items in the pet department! It saved me trips to other stores and always get quicker check out!

Staff we're joking around more than working. Everything and I mean everything is out of place. You cannot even walk down half the isles. Absolutely ridiculous. No reason for it to be like that.

I think this location is short staffed. I understand that Dollar General has lots of staffing issues. I have had countless people applying to jobs that worked here and from what I gather they are responsible for way too much and compensation is minimal. I normally don't shop at Dollar General because the locations are usually in a disarray and the one cashier in the store looks exhausted. They are still friendly with all this.

Always friendly cashiers.they could use a little more organization, some of the isles are inaccessible due to u boats and racks left out.

Many of the customers and cashier don't wear face masks despite a sign on the door that says they're required. Way to enforce ways to keep people from getting sick, Montgomery county!

Typical Dollar General, crowded with merchandise on the floor, shelves an mess. Over priced, low quality. Not an very good store anymore.

They have improved a lot just still have undone totes in the aisles which is a big customer service hazard

Sadly there is a high turnover rate at this location. Employees openly gripe about their jobs but are nice to customers. It seems like i can't find what i am looking for because their shelves are always in need of being stocked.

The prices are great. I get most of my cleaning supplies there. They have a variety of things; food, household goods, even clothing.

Needed a balloon or 2 and a bow quick. I knew Dollar General was the place to go. Got it, and was in and out in 10 minutes or less.
