Dollar General, Burnet TX

Everything here is twice the cost of HEB across the street. And just as expensive as fancy pants Walgreens on the other side of the street. Ridiculous.

Teach your cashiers how to properly work Western Union, because of your cashiers ignorance, a hold was put on our money for fraud. Thanks a lot

Needs more staff at registers. I understand most stores typically only have two employees for each shift/day, at a time. However their duties are divided between the two, which always has one in the aisles stocking etc and one at the register. I only seen one employee today though in the store. She was at the register, but the line was long and the items were a whole basket each customer, which makes the wait longer. That's why having two registers open would help. Just my opinion about the dollar store branches. It's basically ran on a skeleton crew. The company needs to invest in self check out.

Never had a problem finding what I need at the Burnet location. Staff is friendly and the selection is decent.

In Burnet there is not to many places to shop. You can usually count on them to have what you're looking for. At least 85% of the time. Personally, I think that's pretty good.

OMgosh best chocolate ever. Hard to get to when coming from the north. Dont get into the left turning lane it goes nowhere, turn befor backside of doughnut shop. It's a dirt rd. But OMGOSH worth it, sooo worth it. The young employees that were there when I went were so nice and polite

Bomb dignity of store here in Burnet.friendly, helpful staff. Veronica, store manager, is always a big help yo me.awesome job Veronica! She deserves a huge pay bump.

I love dollar general, always great for, when I'm on a low budget, its really a life saver, this location is clean and always stocked with what I need.

Because, where else you gonna' go?
Please hire a night stocker because you can afford it and clear out all that junk from the aisles and checkout.

Your average dollar general, it could use some organizing.still easy to find everything I'm looking for and the staff is helpful and kind.

There is literally stuff everywhere Manager is never there you cannot shop because there are Aisles and aisles of merchandise in the aisles very unsafe And there’s always bringing out more merchandise that just sits in the aisles there’s only one cashier in the place is always packed a lot of the people in Burnet Texas drive to the Dollar General in Bertram Texas or in Marble Falls because they are well organized and you can actually shop Many people have complained to corporate and nothing ever happens to fix the problem

It's great convenient store, I tend to find products I look for in convenience. Hence the reason why it's a convenient store.

Shout out to an employee, Veronica. Very honest and helpful woman who found my mother n laws purse and returned it! You don't find too many honest people now and days. My mother n law was very upset and crying when she lost her purse. We are very thankful she got it back thanks to Veronica! If yall stop by Burnet Dollar General and Veronica is there, give her a shout out as well!

It was very disappointing. One the young cashier did not even have a mask on. Then on her break right outside the store door she was talking to her friends. None had masks on. Then they hugged each other. Then she came to to run the register without even sanitizing. We are in the mist still of the PANDEMIC. How would you feel if the employees don't follow CDC guidelines? We should mask up to protect one ourselves and others.
