7The only thing keeping me from giving 1 star is that there are 2 employees who actually do their job at this store. This store is a short drive from my home so I would like to keep going there but it gets more and more frustrating when the store is always a mess, the shelves are not stocked, the items always cost more than the sticker price says, you never get the sales discount unless you tell the cashier an item is supposed to be on sale, and the cashiers are almost always in the office playing on their phones because they would rather you check yourself out than do the work they were hired to do. I'm to the point I'm going to start driving to the next town to make my purchases.
The customer service is really good. Sadly that maybe not the case tmrw bc turn over rate is so high. That is a corp issue though since they dont pay their employees a living wage.
Even now there is mask mandate, signs on door, and inside, shoppers in store not wearing mask, one employee with mask on chin, I felt like it needs to be reported, no one here is serious or cares if anyone else gets ill
The cashier lady’s are rude and disrespectful and don’t know how to do anything they charged us wrong and the place was messy I don’t recommend this place it’s bad
The store is little dirt the employees are little rude and the customer they had up there saying my family build this town this use be own by my family I'm like wow you should really be so proud of that it looks like a scene from Texas chainsaw massacre the dude look like he came from a wrong turn movie all I ask can you please move out my way I didn't need to know about your so call family.
Clean and well stocked. Friendly service. Doesn't have the fresh veggie section like some of the others. Good selection for a small town store.
Long wait to check out. Store is always cluttered, asked for ice and they said it was melting. Then was charged a literacy donation fee without being asked. When I asked about it when I saw it on the display I was told it shouldnt be (but there it was on the receipt). Hoping this issue has since been resolved.
