4Store manager has the nastiest attitude, the workers take their sweet time assisting and prices are very different according to what’s on the shelf. Need all new staff
I placed a online order on Tuesday to pick up on Wednesday afternoon. I did this a lot at another location in another city where I used to live. It was convenient. I noticed that a never got a txt about the order and kept frequenting the App to see the progress of the order. Nothing. So 30 minutes before pick up time I call DG customer service and cancel the order. I go to the store where I placed the order just to get the stuff myself. As I walk in there’s trash and so much disorganization I was shook. I get a cart and proceed to get my stuff, come across an employee and ask her about DG pickup and she doesn’t know what I’m talking about. There’s no designated place that I can see for pick up, as in my other DG store there was. Very disappointed, I’m going to find another DG Store even if it’s a few miles further. I forgot to mention that I did try to call the store several times to no avail and then I called customer service.
My youngest son is my little store guy and i love it there its nice and clean and everything is reasonable not to crowded and great workers.
Keep up the great work.
They really need to update their hours of operation! Says they close at 10 but doors be locked by 9: 20pm
