Dollar General, San Antonio TX

A lot of merchandise well stocked the only thing was the young guy at the register too slow & a very long line!

Not one to complain but I think it needs to be know.
Our neighborhood dg is so convenient. Close and easy to find. And usually the employees are adsistful and curiousness. How ever awesomesome that it is. Let it be known that this store needs help.

I believe that it will have to come from dg corporate.

When there is 5/6 person's in line for check out it should not take 20 minutes to get through the check out line.
It's frustrating at least. Part of DG s draw is the convenience of DG s location and convenience of product availability. In the simplist terms, this location is failing to reach it's potential.

Not only the length of standing in line for speedy convenience. But the store is starting to show signs of weakness or lack of support from the management.

Lack of compenet employees and overwhelmed staff is showing signs of fracture. And failure is Emmet f corrections are not made.

Store is becoming increasingly low on available products. The shelves are dirty where products are missing. And to much inventory sitting on the floor/ in the isles making it hard to find the things customers are looking for.

Please help our neighborhood dg shine as we know it should.

Please understand that this is not hate mail. I am not that trying to create trouble. Just think Dg should try to take care of our neighborhood the way that the neighborhood shows loyalty to dg.

We love this DG. It's right by our house and the staff is always so helpful. It's always clean too.

Dirty, and unorganized. I have never seen it without boxes from a truck still being put away. They must get a new truck everyday. Two whole isles are always in complete disarray be it product on shelves or boxes that need tp be put away. The second register isnt properly distanced from the start of the line for covid. And the morning female cashier well i guess this is a confirmation bias type statement but im not the only one to find her rude.

It was going out of buisness the lady at the register horded all the Gatorade for herself and hid then in the cooler behind the orange juice telling people she already bought them.

WHERES YOUR RECEIPT MADAM!

The Dollar General is very family-friendly you can buy just about anything less if need anything for your home.

Great customer service! I had to come back, as i didn't realize that this store had reopened. I only found out by accident thru a co-worker of mine!

Very saddened to hear about my favorite employee Adele being mistreated by lady manager there. Now I hear she is no longer working there: (Adele always greated me with a smile and I took my dog to see her on my days off. She would buy her a pepperoni stick. I'm going to find out name of lady manager and complain to corporate office. I have seen her mistreat other employees there as well.

When I walk into this location I better be expecting a hello from the jump. All staff are extremely nice which is rare for dollar general. This is the only location I will go to.

Convenient and close. Store employees are very nice and professional. Always find what I'm looking for.

Great for quick shopping trips if you're missing something or just feeling snackish. They have a large selection for cereals, drinks, snacks and home basics

Going through one too many remodels. People just want to buy what they need, not admire it's aesthetics

Quick easy stop for any small item in need. Store new in opening so inside aisles are clean and shelves stocked. Be careful on the prices!

Love this store, management is awesome! It's always clean and they are helpful and always greet you. Usually always stocked, and it's usually fast when you check out! Love the workers there.

Clutter at the front door, very messy and unorganized, but its a dollar store so what do u honestly expect!

I always find what I need that's why I love Dollar General that is my favorite place to go shopping

This was my 1st time in this location and it IS A MESS. SO UNORGANIZED. Clothes section total caos.left without buying anything.wont go back.
