Dollar Tree, Houston TX

The prices are amazing, with everything being a dollar if you just shop smart you can save a ton of money but the only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because the store is always pretty messy with stuff thrown about but if you look past that the staff has always been really inviting, and once again the value is just awesome

Great customer service! They have been dealing with leaking water in their store therefore I will update my rating and my review at a later date.

If you’ve been to the dollar tree you already know what go on when you come there’s only two lines open at a time but for everything to be one dollar you can’t really beat that so you just deal with it. But today cashier Kirsten decided it would be a good idea to carry on a personal conversation via airpods. Now don’t get me wrong she greeted everybody and asked if they found everything they needed, however as far as customer service goes that’s unacceptable and it was visibly hindering her work ethic. She couldn’t even count the previous customers change correctly because she was too busy talking about what she was doing for her birthday with whoever was on the phone. Do better and respect other peoples time.

Even the Dollar Tree needs some work I can generally say that I had a really nice lady for a cashier her name is Kirsten she was very sweet and she did a nice customer service she made sure that I was OK and make sure I had good experience while checking out but I don't know if you had a bad day but overall she was a really good cashier and just FYI you shouldn't be in people's business like that especially how sweet and kind she was but I had a nice experience with her thank you she did very well counting money to make sure I had exact change because not a lot of people would take their time to double check how much money they're giving you to make sure you have all your moneys worth thank you for your time ma'am

Place is always poorly stocked. Tupperware is in 3 different places. Need to find another branch store.

No matter what time you come, you and can be guaranteed only 1 register open and 20 people in line. Management sucks. He comes out of his office sees all the people and walks around or goes back in his office. The cashier Derek is awesome and always friendly.

Their sign does not indicate that clearly indicate that the store is closed to general public for the first hour. The employees kicked me out rather than let me get the medicine I needed to buy. Then locked me and 8 other customers out while NO ONE was in the store!

Good location. DeAnne was our cashier and she was great. We have the kiddos who each wanted to pay for their own stuff meaning 4 separate orders. DeAnne was patient and had a smile on her face. Will be back just because of her.

I drive 37 minutes and make it to the store at 8: 50 tonight and the store was locked when the store wasn't supposed to close until 9pm. You had cashier at the register just standing looking and wouldn't open the door. Why have open and closing hours posted when you don't adhere to them. The store itself is not well kept so i already had stopped coming. Tonight I said I'd try again and this happened. Definitely want be coming to this location again.

This is the messiest dollar tree I've ever been to lol. But what really gets me is they open at 9am not 8am and I'm in a hurry and don't wanna drive to another dollar tree. YOU HAVE FAILED THIS CITY!

Decently stocked. There's always a line, but the cashier is very efficient, so the line at check out moves rather fast!

This is a disaster of a store, truly looks as if a bomb has gone off. The workers appear bothered to help find anything or direct you. None of them knowledgeable of the store they're working in. Seems to be a bunch of new employees but unfortunately this isn't the case, they just don't care. I'm a die hard DT shopper so this disgusts me about this store, mostly because it's the largest in my area.
All this information stinks but it's the solid truth.ugh.yuck!

Worst Dollar Tree ever. It's worth the drive and time to go to a different one. Just take a look at the pictures. It's a mess and dangerous to navigate the aisles. These pictures were taken in the middle of the day.

They have all kinds of great products and are always friendly. Sometimes its messyor slow checking out but overall I recommend this location.

I was here at the store at 9am waiting for it to open I waited 38 minutes for the store to open I called the store many times and other customers are still there waiting! Disappointed

Never seen a store so disorganized every time I’ve been there things are literally thrown all over shelves!

Staff is good but store looks like empty, I can't find whatever I want, I saw the videos on YouTube about dollar tree how people buy stuff front that kind store and decorate home, even they don't have plan big glass bowls

The$tree I go to is ALWAYS a MESS! Cluttered, trashed, mess things on the floors, boxes in the way. But it is the closest.

This store Dollar Tree is great! They have everything the big stores have for less " for a dollar" I needed twine to repair my laundry bag they had it. You can buy food soda and pens All for a Dollar!
