Dollar Tree, Houston TX

Dollar Store is just for quick convince but this store is a mess everyday. There's nothing stocked, sitting in boxes, shelves are empty every day etc.it jus feel dark and dingy. I normally go further out to stores that are taken care of for a better shopping experience.

The store is constantly flooded with boxes, in the isles, yet they have very little selection. You can't take your cart down most isles and the shelves are bare. There's always a long, slow line as well and only ever has one register opwn. There are two other locations nearby that are 10x better.

Couldn't find what I was looking for and then bought 4 things I didn't need. Somehow, I believe that others share the same experience. At least everything was only a dollar.

They are weird they always close at 6 PM even though online it says 9 PM the manager keeps closing the store early. One time they even closed at 3 PM.

Store was a mess! It's been 3yrs since my last review on this location and I can honestly say nothing has changed! Still a mess, holes in the ceiling, nothing is ever stocked and merchandise everywhere except where it should be. I've come to the conclusion that the owner doesn't care, used to think it was management but that's not the case considering they seem to change management and employees every other month! If I could give it 0 stars I would bc 1 star is giving to much credit. Hands down the worse Dollar Tree of them all.

Very dirty store
on Saturday 02/06/2021 the store was closed at 8: 35 without proper notice to the community. If employees can’t keep an establishment open during the posted business hours they should find a different place of work. The Dollar Tree in 77079 would never.

Corporate should consider the quality of people they’ve hired here

Alfred the manager is very rudy and should not be a manager of anything. He needs a class on how to interact with people in the world He needs to not be employed dealing with people or over peoople I hope god bless his soul and he gets the horrible energy off of this man

Don't ever go to this Dollar tree always out of stock for anything cashier's are slow and only 2 or 3 people everytime, it's the messy and horrible looking they always have boxes everywhere and it's just ghetto.

Worst Dollar Tree ever. It's very unorganized and there is nothing on shelf's when to the picture frame section and there is broken glass everywhere. How can they have a business running like that. They need new staff starting with Management

The place is very disorganized. Nothing is in order, most of the shelves are empty because of the stuff thrown around on the floor. There’s always just one registry open.

Non name brand products at a cheap price. Some items are as good as the name brand, others aren't.

I really apologize I did not get the two people that helped me at Dollar Tree names. The Sales Associate went to the back to get boxes for me I was purchasing 46 wine glasses. The same Sales Associate and a Cashier helped me to my car and organized tje box of glasses in my trunk I really appreciate their customer service.

Dont know what happening to this store and employees. I never been more ashame or had such a rude employ (Pam)! I ASK for USB charger and she told me she didn't known where it was and she was too busy to find it? WHAT WHO YOU SUPPOSE TO ASK!
Then she told us to leave because she thought we thought a box with in reality w trip over package (anyone say fire hazzard) The mgr did check us out, while the clerk kept running her mom dont go find another store

Cashier was rude and stuffing everything in one bag. Drinks in the bag with chemicals.smh. I said something and he said "we low on bags". Really?

This store needs major management help. The store is always a mess product all over the place and all over the floor. No one ever is cleaning or stocking shelves. Only one cashier is nice to people, the rest ignore the customers.

This store is a mess. Long lines, not so friendly employees and never any baskets. I went today and they have all the shelves cleared out all scattered in the eisles. Mid day and people are trying to shop but can't. I avoid this location as much as possible. It's never a quick trip

Employee was very friendly and helpful the store has everything you can think of love it. Only one problem no basket s push or carry.

They were busy restocking shelves in the store which is a good thing. Store staff were vour helpful and courteous and knew where items were located.

The cashier was pretty fast.lines wasn't long at the time that I went it wasn't in the evening. I found out what I needed so overall I can say it was a good shopping trip at Dollar Tree run

Store is TRASHED! LITERALLY! I've visited this location 6x since September and the store looks like someone tried to start a riot. Company products all over the floor. Couldn't find anything. Store appeared filthy. Asked an employee and he blamed it on customers, saying they throw everything everywhere that he and his fellow peers don't have enough time to get the job done. This store looks like they need to close for a good 2 weeks and then reopen. But since customers keep shopping there, it appears no one is taking this problem seriously. I'd rather go to Target and pay for a clean, organized store.
