Dollar Tree, Sugar Land TX

I shopped at this location around 6pm on August 25,2020. Paul was so rude to a customer that a woman almost left the store without purchasing anything. The customer behind her and myself refused to checkout with him. He seemed unbothered by the whole situation. Perhaps he should hold a position that doesn't require human interaction because it doesn't appear to be his strong suit.

Paul, thanks for cut me off. I was trying to help my wife to explain situation. You’re rewarded for worst customer service.

This place was absolutely dirty. So many messes and so much trash all over the floor. The shelves were an absolute mess as well. And by all means I know it's a dollar store but come on, a little effort into simply cleaning the store would go a long way.

It was early but very well stocked. Staff very helpful and courteous.

It's a little messy in here, but I always see all of the employees working hard on something or another. Friendly people and I always find good deals (I don't need!).

This is my go to Dollar Tree You can actually find everything you need here. It is well kept and you can get in out in a timely fashion. The best part is that the staff is super friendly and management is too. However there was an employee that wouldn't speak to customers and it surprised me because all of the other workers were very nice. He was a teenager. I have not seen him in awhile maybe he has since moved on. Important to note: this is a busy store that sells out of holiday items all the time. Do not wait until the day before a holiday to shop because all of the good items WILL be gone. Shop here.
