Dollar Tree, Houston TX

I was checking out and the total came out $21 higher. I told the lady it wasn’t right. Instead of allowing me to correct it (chose no cash back) the cashier reached over and hit accept. So I was forced to pay the $1 fee and get $20 cashback even though I DID NOT WANT IT. I told the lady at least 3 times I did not want cash back yet she ignored me.

By far the best selection of all the dollar trees in my area. The store is very clean and organized. The staff is VERY nice.

This place seems to always have a specific person that describes the job title they are for.
I have seen bk to bk different employees and none have lasted more than 2 months. I was startled today, I felt un safe and clearly ppl need to be aware of their kids at all times bc today I experienced a terrifying situation that I have prepared for but have never thought It'd happen the way it did today. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

First dollar tree i see that does not have shopping carts. I buy every day at dollar trees around houston due to my business.

This place has improved so much since the last time I visited. I disliked coming to his location because it was always messy, the shelves were never fully stocked, and had boxes in the isles. I was really surprised by my last visit to see that every isle was fully organized and stocked. Thanks to the assistant manger and other employees that has made it easier for the customers to walk in and find what they are looking for.

Today, I stopped by this Dollar Tree for some birthday related items. I got a birthday card, a bag of 6 confetti filled balloons-that I blew up, a ballon weight, and 3 punch balloons that came in 1 bag.
The last few times that I have stopped at this location, the store has been in disarray. This store has definitely had a complete makeover. Great job!
There was only 1 person ahead of me when I awaited my turn to check out. However, the cashier was busy helping another customer. Which is great, but more workers at a time would be awesome.
The cashier was fast and friendly. She quickly check out the lady in from of me, then it was my turn. I wanted to purchase some helium filled balloons, but they were out of helium.
In all, a lot of hard work has been put into this location and the store has greatly improved. Thanks. I recommend shopping at this Dollar Tree!

This store is a mess and not a hot mess. Boxes everywhere and never stocked. Thought all dollar trees were like this till I went to a different location and saw what a real dollar tree should look like. Neat and well stocked. Went to a dollar tree in grand junction while on a trip and couldn't believe how amazing that store was. Get it together long point store or close because it's not worth the aggravation to shop there.

Worst customer service. Workers dont know how to keep calm whenever they have alot of customers.

One of the worst store always back in exhibitions boxes full of products everywhere and the staff is really rude

Managers let people steal even when employees tell them about it!
They complain about how people need to restock but dont give them hours to stock!

It has been MONTHS since they have restocked most things here. I went in for party paper plates, napkins and they had NONE on the shelves. 2 weeks early they barely had any and I thought for sure they had restocked. It has been hit or miss on the majority of the stuff I buy there. I will not be back. I will have to drive to the one on Hammerly or Westheimer (I did ask about the shelves being empty all the time - they said Corporate had cut their hours back so bad they didn't have time to stock).

They never have enough products on the shelf. Today was no different. Most of the time there are boxes everywhere and you have to reach into the box and get your own items. The cashiers are always telling all of their personal business but at least they are very friendly. I go there only because it is the closest to my home but I try to seek out other dollar trees when I am out in the city.

I don't know if this place is better when it's not holiday season but I went today a few weeks away from Christmas, and the shelves were pillaged. Stacks of boxes strewn on the floor waiting for stocking. Maybe they are over worked and tired.

This is the Messiest store I have seen in my life. I started working around this dollar tree 8 months ago. Every time I go here the shelves are always empty. Literally 100's (not exxagerating) of boxes of grocery that needs to be stocked are everywhere and noone is stocking it. Corporate needs to know this store can easily double its business if its handled right.

This Dollar Tree is always junkie, seams like they never get fully stocked there is always boxes in the isles and alot of empty spaces on the shelves.

I offten leave without finding what I came there for. They must have a problem with staffing employees I wish it was better since it's so close to my house.

Extremely messy. Merchandise boxes flooded the aisles. Products without package upon the shelves. Only stop for rubbing alcohol n dog leash. Not worth a star today.

The place is usually not neat. They don't have a lot of the good stuff other Dollar Trees have. Management is not doing a good job here.
