Very friendly employees. Jacob stop doing his stocking duties to walk me over to the sewing kit.store was extremely busy, as I stood in line Jacob continue giving great customer service. Dora the cashier was very friendly.

This location is bigger. They are starting to display Halloween and Fall. A little section for Christmas!

5/20/2022 Noon Time. DO NOT SHOP HERE take a drive to the Northside or Northeast side. I'd give Zero Stars if I could. This Place IS NEVER EVER CLEAN or organized years back, I actually organized the Picture Frames myself because it was a mess per usual. No Surprise this time around, then people wonder why the Southside gets labeled as the POOR or DIRTY side of town. The first few isles "LOOK" clean but they're NOT they're relocating merchandise and there are MANY empty shelves on the first isles to the left. The mess is in the middle, left backside and towards the back isles.

C'mon People as customers ourselves, WE NEED TO DO BETTER and be considerate of others. Pick up after yourself or put items back when you decide you DO NOT want to take it. DO NOT open packages and leave them on the floor, do you live that way too. I can understand why the Employees DO NOT want to fix or KEEP it CLEAN because the customers create the mess in the first place. On top of being DIRTY and DISORGANIZED the prices are NO LONGER a $1.00 they're now $1.25 and they have other items that are $5 and Up too. The registers are ALWAYS short on Cashiers but then again, who'd want to work in this environment. Everyone and their momma's come to this location and they clean this place out NEVER leaving anything (products) for other customers. I ONLY come here when I REALLY NEED something ASAP if not I rather travel to the Northside where I WILL be given better Customer Service, Items in packages, easily located, and the best environment to shop. Items placed or left on the floor IS a LIABILITY, I just hope this problem is FIXED before someone gets hurt. WE as a Community NEED to do better if NOT for us, for Our kids. Let's show everyone WE deserve the same as in other areas of the City and Respect our community and each other. It literally takes 10 seconds to put something back or to pick up after yourself.

I love coming to this Dollar store which is why I'm not surprised when it gets busy because I'm sure other people love coming here too. Understandably lines are going to get long. Today I was sad to see what I assume is the manager (a red-headed woman who I unfortunately didn't see the name on her tag) yell out to the cashiers pick up the pace your lines are getting long in a Stern tone that was in no way uplifting or motivating. You can tell it made the cashier's pick up the pace however had a negative impact on their mental but tried not to show it. They were stressed and trying their hardest. I felt that it was embarrassing for the cashiers to be talked to that way in front of everyone and if the manager had something to say she should gone up to them individually and discreetly tell them to pick up the pace if that's how she felt. There's a way to talk to your employees without making them feel like they're in trouble or talked down to for something that they can't control I personally feel they were doing their best it's not like they had one or two items to scan, everyone had carts full of stuff. The lines were long enough that I felt if she (the manager) really wanted to help productivity she could have opened a register herself and lend a helping hand. Just sad to see these hard-working employees get discouragement instead of encouragement

When I first arrived, all the carts were in the parking lot so you I used a hand carry device.
Most items purchased were at
$1.25.
Portions of the shelves were not stocked and others had plenty. My guess, it was specially marked items they ran out of.
Big store with a wide variety of items.
Definitely worth a look.
That store would have 5 stars had they staffed more people.
Check out was decent and they did open another cashier. Someone retrieved carts by the time I checked out.

Went to the Dollar 25 Dollar Tree at Military Drive the line was ridiculous one cashier 50 people in line to pay what's up Dollar Tree

About 85% of the store was very clean and had product and then the other 15% was missing product or was very dirty and unkept. The cashier was super sweet super nice.

When I went to dollar tree there was this lady at the register she had a long line and answered a call while she was assisting another lady it looked very wrong because in the call they were cussing her out, when it was my friends and I’s turn to pay she saw that we were buying a pregnancy test she asked how old we were and where were our parents and then she proceeded to embarrass us in front of everyone and said it our decision to keep it (baby) she also told she knew what it felt because she had 14 kids of her own. Even the people behind us looked at her strangely she didn’t look professional for example her hair looked really nappy and she had her zipper down. Never going there again.

I hate this store, this one specifically sucks, mostly because the staff sucks just as the store does. However, Chris changed my mind bout the entire experience having to b a drag. However, they still suck. Chris just makes it not suck way more than it has, without his expertise and skills and helpful, somethin the staff can and should b watching and learning from Chris, 5stars fro Chris. Get w the program rest of u, esp the rude jerk, you'll know who he is

Honestly depressing and dirty looking. I don't just mean the merchandise; the floors, counters, and shelves all look damage and run down. I guess that's what to expect from a dollar store on the south side huh? Registered were also not being manned to handle the capacity. I don't believe it's a worker problem, but rather Management/number of* workers.
Don't know if I can trust the food health here anymore.

Always a wide array of things you don't necessarily need but want.also great wrapping paper options. Reliable for small celebration needs and the $5 section has fun stuff

Horrible dirty and didn't have anything for christmas decorations and we not even half way there bad just bad and don't forget the 20 minute wait in line uhhhhh never again I hate this dollar tree always dirty ALWAYS

10 minutes till and they had doors closed. It is an automatic door so i shouldn't have to test the doors to manually open them. And employees goofing around with the security guard right in front of the door. They didn't even pretend to act like there were any customers in sight or that it was still business hours or that they were monitoring the doors. That is NOT HOW RETAIL WORKS! YOU HAVE JOBS BECAUSE YOU HAVE CUSTOMERS. IF YOU ARE IN SUCH A HURRY TO CLOSE OR GET HOME TO PIDDLE AND PLAY GET ANOTHER JOB. YOUR ONLY OPEN TILL 10 PM. GOOD GRIEF. It would really kill y'all to actually lock the entrance door at 10 like you are supposed to. God forbid 1 or two employees would have to wait 10 whole extra minutes to let a customer finish his/her in-store shopping. Gosh that might even give y'all 10 extra minutes to straighten up and clean this store. It's usually trashy and half full most of the time anyway.

Bought 2 items.only 1 cashier n employes on another register just talking.what happen to help the customer? Meanwhile the 1 line was just growing n growing.poor customer service.on a good note finally a girl came to another register n opened up.bought my 2 items n left.
