Dollar Tree, Mesquite TX

I have been an AGM at a Dollar Tree in Fort Worth For 7-8 months and I would have never allowed my customers to be treated the way I was treated here. A cashier with messy short hair, completely out of standard Dollar Tree dress code denied me assistance at her open register (register number 1) while she decided to gossip and chat with a coworker which was also out of dress code about other customers and how terrible their computers work on the night of 02/09/2023 at roughly 8: 15PM. I asked if she was going to continue to be busy I can try to move my item that were already on the belt to another register. She completely blew me off by saying rude thing under her breath about me, Ignoring, and continuing to gossip with the other employee. After I addressed the issue with the supervisor on duty (the only one following dress code) he asked her to take a small break so he may assist me as I have already asked for help and waited in line and the fact that there were 2 other guest behind me waiting. The employee decided to tell off the supervisor and not follow his directions (by directly telling him she will not do what he says) as I am still waiting for assistance. Meanwhile, the entire time, she was saying rude things along with telling me to go to “register number 6 if I wanna get helped”. I left empty handed, and disappointed in the management/ work ethic of the very company I work for.

Stood in line for a hot minute before the cashier with her stomach showing (not shaming her for what she wears just an odd outfit to have at work) told us with an attitude her lane was closed.don’t know why she didn’t tell us earlier:/

The manager at this location is rude! Her work ethic is horrible! I asked her one question and she had an attitude, not courteous at all whatsoever. If you are not a people person go work for a call center or something where you won’t have face to face interactions with customers because the customer service that you provided today as a “Manager “ was disappointing!

I'm happy to see them get more variety of items at this location.they are ALWAYS horribly understaffed so sometimes things in the store can be pretty messy.their employees have always been very nice.

Went in to pick up a few Halloween decorations and came out a basket full! Never disappoints! Love this store!

No helium what’s the point of offering balloons if we can never get ballon service! I was Told by manger Tim he has called over 7 times yet no one is doing anything about them being out of helium TERRIBLE

The store is always well organized and well stocked. The employees are nice and helpful. It's the only Dollar Tree I enjoy going to.

Store was clean and nice to where you could see what you were looking for.associates were very helpful in finding items and apologetic when they weren't available

Although you Can find Some bargains, this location is messy, dirty, and the lines are forever long with employees that don't really care. If you go, just make sure you add about an extra 20 minutes or more to your intended shopping time for that wait in the checkout line.

Hats off to the store manager and crew it amazes me that a store this size can stay as well stocked and clean as this one is when the smaller ones all around it are nothing like it

At first I thought they had no gift bags; only to find them in front of the check out area. Signs would have been helpful.

This DT has a much larger variety of products than the typical DT. The staff friendliness was ok. They are short staffed and it was evident by the wait to checkout and the how tidy the store was. Will I return, yup. Because they have a large variety of products.

A very large Dollar Tree with much more selection than the other ones. Located in the heart of the Town East shopping area, the Dollar Tree carries seasonal products at a discount price.

I generally visit during the spring months for gardening products?

Staff are awesome and nice.
$1.25 still able to shop happy with good deals!
Get balloons when you can cuz helium does run out in couple of days
Try their Unique candy's so tasty and fun!
Huge inside!
Lots of different cold drinks!
New popular items get sold very quickly I recommend getting them mornings or evenings before night.

Love my $Tree! Employees are always nice & friendly & it's sooo clean & organized! Lol some customers are still trying to wrap brains around price increase but that's just business.

Was looking for more items like these two right here did not find a single one or any other arts and crafts to really do for spring and Easter coming up they did though however have the pool noodles which I plan on using to make a wreath out of which is very helpful and I thank them for that other than that you scored a three star.

Variety of selections.very friendly staff which are reasons for 2 stars.but some chip items stale.may need to pull from shelves.restrooms are deplorable with unflushed toilets and filthy wet paper strewed over the floors.
