Dollar Tree reviews
11Never have an issue with dollar tree on Jones Rd, but today the cashier Lynn was so rude they were only accepting card I think they should have put a sign in the door.
Did not know a stocker would hate stocking shelves. As a customer, if you pick up an item and not returning to its exact location, the stocker would give you an attitude. Negative environment.
I love all Dollar Tree locations. This was no exception. Great merchandise and great people working there.
I just left the Dollar Tree store at steeplechase center. Keep in mind that the store just opened at 10am/ it’s currently 11: 30am - it’s extremely nasty; it appears that the store have not been cleaned in months, possible over a year. Unacceptable I will never visit that location again. Horrible
If Covid-19 was a Carpet, it would be the carpet in this place! It was so bad we didn't even make it through 1 aisle before we walked out.
I was greeted as I entered and the employee helped find the items I was looking for. Great customer service and open on time in the morning.
Messy, messy the one on 249 @ Spring Cypress.
The one on Jones @ 1960 was well stocked but messy. Staff is never friendly. One of the men who works at the store on 249 smokes outside and comes in smelling like smoke. No work from him just talk. Houston stores need to be picked up and shelves cleaned. One thing I know is retail, and their needs to be people who care. I worked at Dollar Tree for several months and I wanted to transfer to store closer, but never got done so I still should have received about 2 hrs. That's how the company is run.
I can easily see why Amazon is the #1 go to for items. Although the Dollar brands are great at what they offer, online offerings aren’t their speciality. Two orders made and confirmation of pick up, only to drive to the store and it’s not there. Shop inside the store; just don’t depend on e-commerce.
Pretty small store but is really disorganized, things are everywhere, now not all the time but maybe has to do with not having enough workers or the ones not there not caring nor respecting the store appearance. But over all everyone is nice and friendly.
I always find everything i need on a budget, the staff is amazing and i definitely recommend
