Dollar Tree, San Antonio TX

Probably one of the most organized dollar trees out there.the young lady at the front with the tattoos is always helpful.

Sue (the manager) has zero customer service and always seems to be so mad at the world. She’s always very snappy, rude, and on the defense with all customers.
The same goes for the odd girl with tattoos all over. Who is hiring these people? This is a place that requires a friendly, professional, and customer service oriented staff and not someone that looks like they are going to mug you.
PLEASE hire a new staff.
There is another older lady there who is just a joy! She is always smiling and in such a good mood.
These two are definitely giving this store a bad light.
Hire a new staff before these two scare everyone away!

No greeting from the cashier. No apology or explanation when she proceeded to balance her drawer, when I walked up. Manager came out of the office, saw what she was doing and no comment. I left.

Good service and had what I needed, the other dollar trees don't know how to order and stock properly

Currently any items that used to cost $1 are now listed as $1.25 due to ECONOMIC conditions!

Everything was clean and where it was supposed to be. I live in a little town outside of San Antonio and those Dollar Tree stores never have what I am looking for and are always a mess. I will be making the drive from now on just to come to this store and my cashier was so awesome and courteous!

The store is clean and stocked up on new CHIRSTMAS items, But no eggs. You can't use the restroom because it's out of order. The staff are kind and help you find stuff.

Absolutely Terrible customer service. I have witnessed many times how the older woman manager and her Mexican male worker have treated customers incredibly rude. I have witnessed them cursing and flipping off children and yelling at them. Extremely unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. I have no respect for that store and personally don’t blame the children who have no respect for those types of workers. I do not recommend this dollar tree.

Most of these are like all the others, but this one was better stocked and much neater than most. Refreshing.

Dollar Tree is better than the other guys at getting merchandise off the floor and out of the aisle. And, everything is $1.

This location is better than other Dollar Tree's in San Antonio

They have cute items for Christmas. The store is pretty organized. Staff is friendly. They need a restroom for customers though.
