Dollar Tree, Austin TX

Was out of what I was looking for tums/rolaids didn't have any kind. Cashier was super nice. Checked out fast.

I'm happy it's open again! It's so clean and the workers are nice and pleasant to speak with.

So bizarre employees in the store but locked the doors & then the employees walked out and locked the door and left during listed operating hours.

I love this place so much I come here all the time with my mil! The staff are so nice and there’s so many good items! Def recommend!

I enjoy shopping there.if it's ever OPEN. It has been closed for months. I called store a few months ago and was told. They're closed.training new employees.

I don't understand why this location is constantly closed. It opened for like 2 days a week ago with all the shelves fully stocked and now there's a hand written sign that says closed today. Will they ever open on a regular business schedule or is it a guessing game of open or closed today?

I read on news reports that Dollar Tree warehouses and 400 stores were faced with a huge rodent problem. This is obviously why this store is temporally closed

Inconsistency store operating for business. Closed for a while sign posted closed for maintenance reopened for a couple of days now closed again. Short staffed? Walmart here I come.

The last five times I’ve tried to go to this location there’s a hand written note on the door that says closed. If it’s not able to be staffed then please officially close the store and update all info so we stop wasting our time to drive over here.

Closed the last 2 times I visited even though I was there during hours it was reported as open. Before that sometimes open sometimes closed. If open, the inside is dirty and so much merchandise and trash on the floor you could barely get through some aisles. Time for this store to permanently shut down.

What is going on with this store? It’s gone really downhill. Dirty, boxes everywhere, long lines, empty shelves and it’s often closed with no notice. Get your act together Dollar Tree Oak Hill!

Cheap stuff, decent sizes but not necessarily full size on some items. Regardless it seems to be a good deal of you need a more affordable option. I just love buying the candy here!

I was trying to get something gfor a project last minute but they didn't have anything for it the only thing was there was some creepy dudes there

They don’t open on time most days, close early, and generally it’s a 50/50 shot if they even open the store on any given day at all.

The Oak Hill location never opens on time, closes early often, and sometimes not even open at all on a regular business day.
Who is responsible for getting to the store on time to open up?
There are now 6 people standing out in front of the store wanting to spend their money, and nobody is here to let us in to shop.

The stock was low and you can tell they need help. A staff member was very kind, however, and let me use the employee bathroom as the customer bathroom was terrible, toilet was full and the smell was horrific. They have a good staff and are probably doing the best they can.
