Dollar Tree, Dallas TX

This particular store and location had one cashier the line was fairly long, I was going to leave but decided not to. Store was pretty much in disarray merchandise everywhere and they do need more help.

Store closes at 9PM! Drove to store @30 Turnpike After DollarTree @Wynnewood Village shut its doors at 8: 45pm - does NOT stay open until 10pm

When to this location sat 06/12/2021 around 5: 30pm and as soon I got in the door one of the cashier yelling at me saying that I need to get my kids next to me that they have a new rules that kids need to be next to there parents at all time and there not allow to get anything if there not going to buy it. If they get anything and if they leave it anywhere that I have to put it back where it belongs. They even following me around the store and telling me if I'm going to buy anything I felt attack I was the only one that they where yelling at will never be back at this location. Not sure if she gave me her real name but one of the lady's said her name was Wilson or Johnson

I work in this area and we frequently go to this Dollar Tree for various reasons (balloons, cards, etc.). We have never had a bad experience and find the staff to be quite pleasant and friendly.

Signs says they close at 9pm but yet here I am at 7: 30pm and they’re closed. Just pain ridiculous.

Worse dollar tree ever! Manager and employees are rude. Manager was trying to fight a customer and calling her racial names. Then employee left me at register while he went to fight customer as well. After that happened he was very rude to me then started cursing and walked away while the manager was cursing as well. I would fire the entire store and hire new employees that want to work and be helpful not trying to fight every customer! I have left a voicemail to the corporate but no one has reached out to me! Very sad!

Tried in-store pick up, worst customer service. I asked to speak to the manager, and I was speaking to the manager. So sad!

I asked an employee if I they could help me get some balloons down and rather then helping he ended up ignoring me to talk with another employee about something unrelated to my issue. But they did stop a hobo from robbing the store so I'll give them that.

The older lady seems to always have an attitude. She seems very angry. No customer service and of the items I bought she charged me twice, didnt realized til i checked my receipt at home

Shirley & Angel were absolutely AWESOME! I went in to get some things for someone else and they were both stocking shelves. Both of them asked if they could help me find anything and apologized for the mess (there were just a few boxes). This is actually one of the CLEANEST DOLLAR TREES I’ve been in! Awesome service! Team was also influencing face mask (Due to Covid-19). Thank you for a wonderful experience.

It was great I buy all my things I need at and I buy some flowers and I only I spent $30 at the Dollar tree and the other day I went to Walmart and I bought the same thing like today and I spend $60 but I'm glad I went to the Dollar tree first and it was just great there was hardly nobody at the store only a few customers they check you out right away they have a lot of things at the Dollar.

Worst dollar tree ever employees dont wanna work I was sent back and forth to cashiers to get told sorry I'm closed than sent back it was irritating never again will I go to this dollar tree I suggest you dont waste your time either cause manager dont give a damn.

The place was nasty. Looked like a mob had rushed the store. Very badly organized. We are hireing signs everywhere. But the people that are working there are just standing around instead of trying to organize or make it look like they are trying to do something about it.

Filthy restrooms. No toilet paper and bad smell. Ladies restroom not working. Shame on management.

I shop at the Dollar Tree all the time. I really love the craft section. But all the stores don't have the same items so shop around. Have fun shopping.

What you see is what you get and pay for. Don't expect too much but products in this store does do the job done. In a standard way.

If you need a auxiliary audio cable for your phone this is the place to go. 1$ not 5$ plus like other stores.

Lines are long, ONLY ever one check stand open. No ones Says hello or thank you. I buy gift wrap that is about all everything else is of poor quality

Its ok to just walk in And out but their is only always just one check out line its just s small store

The prices are great. This store has a wide variety of items too, even a freezer section, which some Dollar Trees don't have. I just wish they'd have more cashiers at times. Store is pretty clean and pretty stocked almost all the time
