5Definitely need one like this in Rockport Texas! So nice and clean and friendly
Came into the store around 5: 15pm today and I was looking for just some random things. I came across some plug in air freshers at the end of the cleaning aisle. I noticed that they sold a scent that I haven’t seen in awhile but they didn’t have the wall plug in next to them so I made my way to the closest employee there and this employee was super rude. I said excuse me and she never looked up at me once. She also made this rude noise like a rhino apparently to give me the hint to leave her alone. I still proceeded to ask her if they had the wall plug in for this item and she just turned around and shook her head. This lady was a big associate with her hair pulled back into a ponytail. Not sure what her problem was but if you don’t like for someone to ask you a question in a store that you work at, please find a job that’s remote so you don’t have to come into contact with people. I left the items in the store and only purchased a few things due to the customer service. I went over to Big Lots and the customer service was great. Dollar Tree needs to have District Managers come through and do a clean sweep of this store and hire individuals that have a better attitude. This lady had a bad attitude and a horrible appearance to match.
