Dollar Tree, Boerne TX

The store no longer has regular hours. I have gone in the middle of the day during the week and they are closed. I just tried to go there at 5: 30 on the Saturday before Christmas, there are three employees in the store, but they are still closed with the door locked.

I don’t usually do reviews and I doubt anything will be done but…. I would like to start by saying Aniya is wonderful and even overwhelmed and a line all the way back to the frozen section and computers running slow, she still greeted everyone with a smile and was so sweet. To the so called manager with purple hair and the older short haired employee working— don’t hide in the office and watch a staff member drown, don’t go and belittle the only person working and scold in front of customers and don’t walk to the back and hide from working when you see the line all the way to the back of the store. Do better or go home and quit collecting a free paycheck because you definitely don’t exude good customer service. Sharon should clean shop, hire people who want to work and promote Aniya. The other two are sub par and that’s being kind saying even that.

I went today for a few things and only one cashier the line was almost back to frozen food. Nobody stocking and the cashier was overwhelmed. The manager should have been there helping out. This is horrible. I put my stuff down and walked out. Hire more people and 2 people should be cashiers all the time.

Went there on a quiet Saturday evening to pick up a few last minute items for Halloween. We were greeted immediately by a very friendly staff member named Donny. As we were checking out, he made sure we found everything we needed, and even gave our boys some small treats! Very unexpected and pleasant surprise.

The manager named Maria yelled at me for using their employee bathroom. I told her I have bowel problems and she said, "ITS NOT MY PROBLEM! " This woman is beyond rude. I have names for people like this.

Dollar Tree is grat, I haven't been there since before Covid, and didn't realize that at THE DOLLAR STORE, everything is $1.25, $3.00, and $5.00. I still found some cool things!

This dollar store at Boerne have a rude employees that’s a cashier she doesn’t greet you doesn’t smile, I had put my items on the counter already and cashier just stood there staring at kids rude rolling her eyes, I told cashier this is my items on the counter, she has no customer service very rude been twice this cashier rang me very rude, management doesn’t know how to manage there employee.

Smelt like mold when I walked in the store, usually in better condition, with better selections, they were out of almost all the things I was looking for today

My husband went in to buy gift card holders. He asked people in the store where they were. The older lady said rudely oh we have 2 left but I was saving them for me! She then took them and placed them behind the counter. Who does this?

Older lady with reddish hair and glasses at the register YELLED at my boyfriend and I, telling us that they were closing in 6 minutes. We walked in and grabbed one thing and went to pay at another register. The young girl at the register was very kind and apologized for her coworkers poor behavior. While she was apologizing the rude lady kept talking about other customers and telling the young girl to rush everybody out. I hope her behavior is not overlooked and is addressed because it was such poor customer service.

I kindly ask if more registers be opened there were 10 people deep in line. Gabreal said loudly if I don’t like the wait I can leave. That’s so rude. A girl came and opened another register without being call. I guess she heard him

Very nice Dollar Tree store situated in a strip mall. Always well stocked with variety of items. The store is clean and is well maintained.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
