Dollar Tree, Rosenberg TX

Since when is there a limit on items at Dollar tree? It's first come first serve. I came in this morning 1/29/24 and came across a deal so I grabbed as much as I could then to be told by the manager "I can only do 10. " There was no sign near the items about a limit or any sign anywhere in the store stating they now limit items per customer.

They extend their hours for the holidays, and then change them on New Year’s Eve, and opening late for no reason. When there’s workers inside, they literally make us wait till 9 AM till they open while they were looking at us straight through the window and doors!

This dollar tree is on the dirty side. It is small and gets crowded. It's unorganized and not well put together like other locations.

While the store felt a bit messy, I really enjoyed my girl at the checkout. She was extremely friendly when I entered the store and carried a friendly, polite conversation upon checkout. I wasn't able to see her name, but she made the trip even more pleasant.

It's also tight and small. Workers here move very slow. Lines get long and when the open another register they always pull or allow the people at the end of the line to get checked out first over the person that is next in line. Workers have no customer service trainer or skill. BALLOONS NOW COST $1.50 WITH HELIUM.

Not the nicest location. I prefer driving out of town to next one that is super clean and much nicer.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! The cashier didn’t greet us or smile just started scanning then as she was setting the bags down everything was falling out of them and she seen and didn’t even fix it I had to put it back in the bag myself! She still never said a word. Customer service is everything I’ve managed retail for 6 years and I definitely will not be returning to this location.

Neat a little slow on staff but one of the lovely ladies at the cash register made my day! Wish I could remember her name older lady with gray hair.give her kuddos for me

I see a lot of negative reviews about this Dollar tree and now that I do not work their I can give my honest opinion from the moment this location opens it is busy and will remain busy until it closes those items you see being stocked or boxes are the workers trying to restock due to the high volume sales that day not because they are lazy the cashiers are hard workers and check out hundreds of people within their 4 hour shift if the store looks dirty it is due to messy customers that come in and tear it up so be nice to the employees they work hard

I found what I needed but the store is always a mess and long check out lines. Hire more people!

This is a pretty decent location. It's always full and there's always a line, but aside from tjat I have jo complaints.

This location has some of the best staff. Kind and knowledgeable, they are always happy to help. The store is clean and the rest room stays stocked with TP and hand soap.
