2My girls and I were waiting in line for about 20 minutes when they pulled someone from a different line in front of us. Then, when they finished with them they closed the register. We were the next ones to check out. I asked if that included me to move. The manager I guess said, no this register is closed she has to go home. I'm thinking, I get that but a warning that the register is closed would have been nice. Especially since they pulled a lady from another line in front of me. I only had seven items. They could have checked me out first or moved me to the front of another line. It would have been handled a lot better. The management needs to learn how to communicate and manage situations like this differently. I will not be back.
This location normally has a lot of items in stock. The only thing bad is the staff, they aren’t super friendly. And can have attitudes most of the time. I try to be friendly and talk to them sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.
There’s an older lady that works there and her young daughter works there also. The daughter looks like she’s about 12 years old.
The daughter was ringing me up and in the middle of her checking me out she yells ‘Ma I’m tired! ’ And then the mother comes out the office and continues to ring up my items.
