Dollar Tree, Rowlett TX

The place isn't always clean it's a mess stuff not neatly put away the cashier are sometimes not friendly to other race I go in there I would see some cashier will greet you. After checking out the other person in front which is a corcansan checks out cashies for insistence say have a Good evening i come up as a brown skin check out nothing thank u for shopping at dollar tree have a good day nothing they don't care if we spend our money in there like other people when I go in the dollar spend over a 100 dollars that pays towards the workers corcansan folks isn't the only person with money they just have a little bit more. I do speak my mind.

Nice Dollar tree clean even though it's not perfectly organized overall good shopping experience

The Dollar Tree store in Rowlett was a mess this morning at 08: 30. Aisles we're cluttered, shelves we're a mess. Looked like a mob had looted the store. Picked up my few little things and checked out. Cashier was friendly. Management needs to clean up it's act and get this store in shape. The Dollar Tree in Rockwall is the complete opposite. Very clean, and stocked.
Maybe Rowlett needs new management.

I went to this location yesterday and forgot I locked my credit card for fraud prevention purposes. My transaction declined and one of the cashiers was so rude and unprofessional, I apologized because it was my fault but she was so nasty and rude. I eventually unlocked my card and was able to complete my purchase with another cashier who was so helpful and nice. I still love this location because they are always very clean and organized. Please learn to be more patient and understanding. I still give this location 5 ️.

Situated on a busy road, this store boasts a convenient location with abundant parking options for shoppers. The added advantage is the presence of various fast food establishments, grocery shops, and gas stations in or around the same parking lot. During my visit, I effortlessly found and purchased the specific small name brand items I needed, ensuring a quick and efficient shopping experience.

This is one of the larger stores. It was very nice and they actually had enough staff that the isles were clear of boxes, shelves were well stocked and no long lines at the checkout. Staff was pleasant and all of them appeared to be doing a good job.

Spotless! This store was so clean and fully stocked! Ran in to get my nieces/nephews some Easter items for their basket. They had everything from chocolate to jelly beans to even egg shaped baskets! What a great experience! Cashier was friendly!

One of the cleanest and most organized Dillar Trees, I've been to. Friendly staff and well stocked.

Not all Dollar Trees are created equal. This one is a cleaner and more well stocked store. Sadly can't give them that 5th star. When I got home I found all my boxes of cordial cherries were cut on the sides from the over enthusiastic use of a box cutter.

I can still find most items at a 1.25 in the store. They do have 5.00 items now in the store. No longer everything $1.00.still an good store to buy items.
