15It was unorganized for the most part but it had a lot of options and the employees were very kind and courteous and helpful but other than that it was pretty decent overall!
It was a very messy store at the begging of the year but now things are finaly looking nice, if only they they had more employs to keep it neat. Also to the other review about them not getting you a proper box, thats on you. Also you went into the back room for employees you should of been arrested.
Probably the best selection and neatest shelves of any Houston area Dollar Tree, but surely ONE of the people straightening and dusting could run a second register.
I bought almost 150 books. I asked box to put them. The gave me very huge box. I had been Back spine operation I cant carry this huge box. They have a lot empty boxes backside. They didnt give me suitable box. I found boxes in back I wanted to put the books. The lady said She cant give these boxes. They dont know how to behave their customer. How can I carry 100 kilogram books in huge box. I spent 2 hour to choose the books. I put the books there.only 17 books I bought. The lady there said me If I behave like this She will call the police. I diidnt understand why for useless empty boxes is more valuable than customer.
The tiny white lady was so pleasant and patient, I had a really bad day and it was like a breath of fresh air meeting such a kind person. Not many left in the world today. The store is great, large selection, and you can't beat the price lol. Love love love this store!
Relatively clean, organized, and friendly. Canned goods, household supplies, toiletries, seasonal decor.
It was terrible restrooms were so nasty disgusting, uncanetery, never coming back again and costumer service terrible, and had no order boxes everywhere

Went to this location today in the morning wanted to buy couple of things the store was very messy most of the stuff was not stoxked most of the boxes what on the floor and they were blocking the Isles
Terrible experience. Nothing on the shelves. Products in a pile no organization at all. Will not be visiting this store again
Your average Dollar tree just bigger which is better because there's a lot to explore. Love the trading card section I buy a lot of trading cards from here.

Never has workers to check out people in a timely manner. All management says is yes I'm sorry. Hire more people and if u hv one item people is not nice to even say oh, yes u can go b4 me. Pitiful customer service
Not my kind of store. Appears all of these Dollar Tree stores are messy and in disarray. The store has carpet need I say more.
With all the stores, the popular makes the checkout lines too long. Lazy employees make the wait longer.
