Encounter with cashier Tatiana. On many occasions there has never been any problems with her. She has one facial expression in which she doesn’t smile. But I’ve never judged her as unfriendly but that’s just her. Not rude nor overly friendly.

I live in the neighborhood, so Dollar Tree is very convenient and has the things that I always need. They could order more ice cream, which is always empty and could use a little maintenance straightening up in the freezer. Sort of messy.

Well last week put me in such a shocker with my encounter with Tatiana, that I will no longer go to that location to shop ever. I had in my basket four tiny Lay’s chips related flavor. I proceeded to check out with Tatiana, when I noticed they rang up a dollar a piece.

I brought that to her attention the sign on the box said 2/1.50 or. 79 each. She said no they’re 1.00 each because they rung up that way. I then proceeded to the aisle where they were and was able to remove the sign and brought it to her. Not sure what triggered her off but the mild mannered person she once was turned into someone else.

She then told me “Other stores would honor that price, but not this one nor am I going to. ” I then asked her to please remove them from my purchase items. Then she goes “ Now I have to ring these up again? ”As if I caused the problem. She said it was the vendors fault. I’m not getting into that because it was simple to me not to buy the item.

Her entire demeanor changed as she rung the items up. She rolled her eyes at me, threw my items in the bags. I bought two Nestle six pack waters which she put in bag together not doubling it and threw my water on top making it even heavier. I was just shocked over potato chips. It wasn’t that important. Maybe she was having a bad day. When you’re in retail you have to practice leaving personal life at home.

It wasn’t a customer is always right situation. I didn’t care about the chips and had her remove them from my purchase. I was done with it. It was the attitude and the saying how she wouldn’t honor what’s advertised. She could have said “ I’m sorry that price is on their, however the vendor must have left that on the advertising boxes.

However, the chips are for 1.00 each. I could either take them or leave them. But I would never talk about what another dollar tree does because it would show my company doesn’t follow the same policy nor have customer satisfaction as a top priority. I think she needs customer relation classes. Nothing wrong with these classes. They give scenarios of how to not have people write reviews like this!

Quick in and out to buy a greeting card and was stunned that none of the employees were wearing masks. Irresponsible display of customer service!

I wish they can hire some more people to clean up the store that customers left. Otherwise, it's a pretty good place to shop.

This place is cheap, so I wouldn't expect high standards. Place is messy, people who work there are ok. Maybe they get paid less that's why they perform less energetically. They can seriously improve this place. I would partially blame shameless customers who don't care to shop like humans, but hooligans. They make the mess first and then complain that the place is dirty, as was the case for lady in front of me in cashiers line. P.s they don't have fruits or vegetables.

When I entered the store, the first thing I noticed was how sad the cashier's looked, I felt so bad for them you could tell this place wasn't one of happiness. I usually walk through every aisle looking for what I need and I noticed there were boxes, merchandise, and spilt food all over the floors. There were also parts of the store that were completely bare or lacking merchandise. I couldn't find anything I needed, I almost tripped or slipped several times. Everything was either empty or incredibly unorganized, I think this store needs to be closed down, placed under new management, and remodeled. I took several pictures to show how messed up this store looks. I've been to this store several times and I always notice that there are new people working there, they always look miserable or on the brink of leaving. The store is always in complete disarray.so I have come to the conclusion that it is not the workers who are not doing their job it's the manager who doesn't do her job as commander and chief of the store. I never see her around I always only see assistant managers or cashiers.it looks as the store is being run by NO ONE. Or at least the workers do not seem properly trained to handle the store alone. I hope the owner reads this so that there can be some change in management and we can finally have a clean store because I am tired of walking into garbage everytime I go in this store.

The salesperson/cashier (Monica) and even the manager at night shift both were very rude, unprofessional and unmannered. We bought almost $100 stuffs and were asking a double bag and Monica responded very badly and showed an attitude. She said they do not provide stuffs in double bag, where 50 items (medicines/vitamins for families in abroad) she put in one bag. I do not know how these type of person become sales person in Dollar tree? When Manager came with a negative attitude and replied if we want them to stop transaction, shame this type of manager who does not know how to deal customers. I will request other people if they ever see their rudeness to customer, please speak up.

I'm giving 4 stars to the products sold here. It's always very packed with items, shelves I are almost never empty, but the employees are horrible, too young and way too distracted.

Awesome dollar store to find anything you might need! Only thing is that the gym is right next to it and at times the parking lot is full

The HISPANIC employees or so called managers are very rude AND borderline racist acting. I thought customer service deserved more effort. Even through I'm only spending a few dollars. There the african american lady cashier I'd give 5 stars if it were here store alone. Literally she made it better.

Very good place to shop at and great customer service, especially from a girl named ruby i believe.she's very polite and goes out of her way to help.

In a strip mall, "interesting" clientele, with a pushy and mostly tootles beggar posted up outside. Inside, it is large, well organized, lots of selection, especially storage stuff and baskets.

I don't need to spend 10$ to buy 2 things in other shops. Becouse i can buy 2 things just for 2$ in Dollar tree. 3 things for 3$.

This place is awesome you can find many beautiful thing for all ages especially for the holidays for a low price
