Dollar Tree, Houston TX

My daughter loves coming here.they always have the nearest little odd things.

Right now awesome place for Halloween decorations and even children's costumes

The reason why I say that is because nobody was there to open up the door for me because I am in a wheelchair. Second of all when I was going to leave I asked the lady that works there to help open up the door for me she said okay but automatically she turned around and gave me a rude remark and I did not like the way she treated me because it was very rude and childish.

New management really shows! The staff is clearly working hard to turn this store around. The place was always a mess, nothing was ever stocked properly, and there was a literal hole in the ceiling at one point.

You could usually find the essentials, but had to accept that this location was a victim of the neighborhood.

However! The new staff and manager are always super friendly and welcoming. The manager makes time to chat with every customer in the building and went out of her way to make product recommendations. Not to sound pessimistic, but I am simply not accustomed to this level of outstanding service from this location.

I really like it and I hope that the staff and manager don't go unappreciated. Please be nice to these young ladies, they are clearly trying so hard in such a tough neighborhood.

This Dollartree is consistantly understaffed and does not know how to serve the customers waiting in line for a long time simply because a customer who wants to get balloons cant seem to make up their mind which ones they want.
I really wished the cashier would tell these customers to take their time and choose which ones they want.and to inform the cashier on duty when they are ready to receive them while they go and ring up the waiting customers.
It would be nice to have this store have more than just one employee running the cash register so they can serve the customer and the customer can go their own way.

As far as Food items, to be honest I can't trust their healthiness and quality. But their prices sometimes beats other store. I am a frequent shopper of small everyday items now and then! Looks like they need help with staffing!

They lady's at the morning shift had made graduation balloon bundles. They were very helpful on making them and helping us out to get what we need for a party. The lady's did a great job going out there way to help. Thanks lady's 5/22/20 around 9: 30am

I truly enjoy my shoping experiences at all of.the stores i"ve shoped at. Now i need employment and would love the opportunity to work for your store. Thank you. ROSIA

Really ghetto, unbelievable rude employees one of them was on drugs yelling at people "get from behind me" with no body around her. Go somewhere else seriously.

Most disorganized location! It's not the staffs fault either, they work hard but nobody has respect for the store. This store is in a bad area. Metro train, homeless ppl everywhere who come in, steal, and even use bathroom for horrible things. Corporate really needs to do something about this store.

Just like any other dollar tree but this one is somewhat more cramped and messier than other locations my least favorite one to go to

I had a visit with Dollar Tree today. I was hurting walking but lt was a good visit. Clean. Friendly. And Thoughtful

I only seen two shopping carts one was full of merchandise and a woman had the other. Workers weren't too friendly, I didn't feel very welcomed.

Got some weenies from here my 2 year old son and his dad ate them same night my baby threw up white foam a handful of time by the time we got to the E. R he was throwing up yellow stuff and then my husband atarted throwing up aswell cant even feed my baby hole foods right now do not buy atuff from here they mishandle products n sell expired food

That store is a mess! There was only one girl working and she was doing her best to just be a cashier. She was lovely. I honestly felt bad for her. The store is in need of some help for sure.

If i could give it a lower rating i would give it a minus 5 star. I never do ratings but i had to vent omg this store was the dirtiest store i have ever walked into in my life im glad i dont live around here and if i did i would drive 20 miles to the next dollar tree before i ever step foot back into this location. Where is the manager hell where is the owner? This location needs to be condemned!

I USED TO BE EMPLOYED AT THIS VERY LOCATION IN 2010 AND IT WAS A DURTY STORE THEN. I QUIT BECAUSE OF THAT VERY REASON AND NO OTHER STORE WOULD GIVE ME A CHANCE BECAUSE OF THAT LOCATION. I WAS THERE YESTERDAY AND I WAS NOT IMPRESSED. THAT LOCATION REALLY NEEDS A MAKE OVER STARTING WITH THE EMPLOYEES!

This is the nastiest Dollar Tree I've ever visited. Nothing in this store is in order, stuff just all over the place, even on the floor. I will not be visiting this location EVER again.
