Dollar Tree, Balch Springs TX

Love this store! They always have what I'm looking for. A lot of stuff for crafts, kitchen stuff & even food. It's a Mini Walmart.

The service was very poor, the manager told me the only white man in the store to wear my mask over my nose while ignoring the employees and black patrons and not doing so herself. After standing in line I was told to go to another register, while the employee walked outside to be with his buddies, so I loaded my 50 dollars worth in the basket and moved. As soon as I did the manager called the clerk back in to check out. So I stood in line twice. I felt discriminated against and the whole work we're racist rude and unprofessional. Will not go back.

I absolutely love Dollar Tree! This location in particular were in the middle of restocking the store, in which is great! The customer service is good as usual and everyone should stop by to check out all of the new seasonal items they have in stock. I'm ready to start planning summer get-togethers now!

Was well organized. I loved shopping there. Loved their Christmas variety. Awesome. And I also did my grocery shopping here. Loved, loved, loved paying $1 for the very same things I pay $3-$5 in the grocery stores.outrageous isnt it? But, soooo true. And its even the name brands I am buying for $1 only.

They have really made a great effort to clean up this location. Unfortunately, there are patrons that don't honor their efforts and continue to "rearrange" items. All the employees that I've been checked out by are extremely personable, making it a pleasure during check out.

The store was filthy. Almost looked like I was watching an episode of hoarders. Good customer service but being in this store triggered my anxiety.

Dirty store. Items all over floors and displays. Understaffed. One lane was open with 10 plus people waiting in line. Go to a different dollar tree for a better organized selection.

I would like to see what some of you guy's homes look like. You come to this store and let your kids tear it up. You pick up items, decide you don't want them and toss them anywhere in the store. As much traffic comes through that door and every shopping experience, what makes you think that one person can clean up behind you? And you guys that come to the store and takes pictures, I hope you know you're just as bad as it is illegal to do so in a privately owned retail. Stop being petty shop and get out.

This dollar tree is awful. It is the worst Dollar Tree I have been to, ut is a mess in there. Everything is so unorganized it looks like a tornado passed by.

Very disgusting. There was trash all over the floors, empty boxes everywhere. Everything that is supposed to be hanging up, has been thrown on shelves. It looks like it hadnt been stocked up either. Very very displeased with my visit there.

Usually can find an inrcpesive gift there. Also, good for buying baking pans and cards are 2 fot $1.00. Not many staff personal there. But generaly helpful staff people when I am looking for something g specific.

The store was a disaster area. Christmas items all over the floor. Boxes every where. Stuff on top of stuff. I have never seen it like that before. I always drive to Mesquite Dollar Tree, the one by the mall. That one is always nice and neat, and has plenty of items.

This particular location was nearly sold out of all of its frozen food I was wondering if they had a half-price sale or something

This place is really dirty not clean I don't think the district manager is doing his job the managers are not doing their job the bathroom was clogged up and water everywhere it was bleach all over the floor in the bleach section it's hard to walk up and down the aisles it was better went Evan and Chris and Teresa were managers there at least the putbacks got put up and the store was cleaner than what it is now I'm very disappointed in Dollar Tree

This store really needs some cleaning. The staff there need to pick up a broom once in a while. Nothing ever in stock and everything is on the floor. Worst Dollar Tree I went to today.

The cashier told me she could brake her change to make me change. Not good service, will not go back there if I c her there.
I came in again the store was so dirty an things we're everywhere, they had only casher the employees where just standing around not really doing anything but the one an only employee who was working his name (Brandon) helped me find what I needed an then went right back to work stocking, that is why I am going back there! Only becuse Brandon, thanks for ur help!
