Domain at Midtown Park Apartments, Dallas TX

The property is kept up very well & is quite lovely. The leasing office has a great staff! We worked with Payton and the Manger, Kathleen. Both ladies were caring, attentive and kind. It's more than a 'property' it's our home:) Thank you!

Lived here for two years and never had any issues. Few maintenance requests here and there, which were resolved in a timely manner. Claire and staff have been the biggest help with all my millions of questions, lol. Perfect location, two pools is convenient, overall pretty quiet neighborhood.

Nice place to live BUT I had many issues in the one year that I lived here.
My garage was broken into and thousands of dollars worth of tools were stolen but nothing was done about it. When talking with the cop that investigated the incident, many other garages in the complex were broken into as well. I’m not sure how those panned out, but after filing the police report I was never contacted about the break in again. I find it suspicious that there was no damage to the garage and the only way to get into it other than breaking it was to either have a fob or a key. Due to that and the silence that I received regarding this incident makes me think that this was an inside job.
On top of that, my dish washer was broken for the final two months that I lived there. After asking multiple times for maintenance to fix it it was never fixed up until the point that I moved out. I’m sure they fixed it before the next residents moved in though. I paid a lot of money to live in one of their townhomes and they still couldn’t find the time to fix my dishwasher. Because of that I at least thought that I would receive my full refund but I didn’t even get that. I left the apartment cleaner and nicer than when I moved into it.
There were also multiple nights where I heard gunshots near the apartment complex, so if you are a young female living alone, I would not feel safe living here with the knowledge of that and the combined break in.
Overall, it’s a nice complex with good amenities, but they do not take care of their residents and I wouldn’t recommend living here.

My car was broke into last night, they had time to break my window and rip the glass out and put it on the grass then jumped into the front seat. Talked to multiple residents and peoples cars have been getting broke into in the past few months. They say they have hired patrol from an incident on 4/18 but haven’t seen one patrol person ever since I’ve lived here. The main gate has been open for days. Where is the security in this complex? I’ve lived here 3 years and I don’t feel safe here with my family anymore. All these incidents and we’ve never got any emails of incidents that have happened to warn us.

I want to share the detail of going through the renting process.

From begging to end, Marlene, Claire and Peyton, have addressed all my questions as needed. The application process was also very quick and was hassle free.

One of the main reason I chose midtown was because it had the best review, and they really stand by it.

There is nothing worse than having incompetent administration to make your life more difficult, so stay on the lookout for those bad reviews you see on other places.

Here at Midtown, the staff is always striving to deliver the best.

I stayed at the Domain while my house was undergoing renovations. It was a good experience. The staff was great, especially Claire. She was helpful, patient and kind throughout my stay. I needed to call maintenance a couple of times. They were quick and efficient. There was always parking near the apartment and I found it to be a safe place to live.

Payden was great, she was very personable answered all the questions I had; in addition to giving me options on units the may be a better fit for me. I will definitely reach out again when my move-in date gets a little closer.

First time applying and sometimes technology can be hard to work with, but they were so helpful to make sure everything was done correctly and we were taken care of!

Great place to live. Friendly staff, maintenance come on time when needed, amenities are always cleaned and the pools are the best during the summer. Bonus: packaging system and snacks in the lounge!

I don't live here, but I called in to ask about pricing and Kara answered the phone and I'm so glad she did! Although Domain is a little higher than my budget, she sat there and talked to me about other options I could look at for over 20 minutes! Super kind and helpful!

New to the area and just took a visit to check out these apartments, the young lady who helped me out Marlene was wonderful she and very sweet. Over all best experience I’ve had so far!

Living has been a pleasure whenever there is any issues The maintenance is very communicative and helps solve the problem quick and efficient! Especially Edson Nice Gentleman! Great worker!

Toured these apartments today and they are exactly as they look in the pictures, I know I’m looking a little early for when I need to move, but Kara was so helpful and took her time going over everything with me! I’m looking forward in leasing here in the future!

Absolutely thankful for answering all my questions and concerns, Marlene was so kind to give us a tour I will definitely be looking back into it, great experience.

They have 3 visitor spots, if god forbid you park next to one because they are filled up. They will still tow you. Very petty
