It was very easy to schedule the towing service. Mario arrived very quickly, diagnosed a problem, provided professional explanation and gave me very good advices. Fortunately, my car didn't need to be moved to the dealership for repairs. Mario was able to start my car. After that I went to the autoparts store where a new buttery has been installed. My BMW was in a difficult condition that the gear shift was locked, back wheels were locked, the engine was dead. So it's not drivable and it's hard to tow.

For my request, Domar totally sent me technicians 3 times to help, until they made sure everything was good. They're all very nice and professional people, trying their best to help, I really appreciate it.

Ken McCoy at DOMAR AUTOMOTIVE is awesome. I had a flat tire this morning. Called AAA which I highly recommend since nice Andy can’t do any lifting over 5 lbs right now. First technician came out and tried to tell me that the factory donut did not fit on my car and had me call a tow truck. Somehow before the tow truck got there they had also dispatched another technician, Ken McCoy. I told him that a technician had already tried to change the tire and told me that the spare didn’t fit on my car. Ken asked if he could take a look. He jacked the car up again, took off the flat and then removed a ring on the wheel. The spare fit on it perfectly, he had to air it up but it worked!
Took the car to Discount Tire where we have hazard insurance. New tire $81.00. Fantastic technician from DOMAR AUTOMOTIVE priceless! I have no idea how a second technician was sent but feel that God had a hand in it to send who I needed at just the right time!

I reached out to AAA regarding my battery. They contacted Domar Automotive who quickly sent out 2 Technicians Dini and Joshua who were so personable, professional, and knowledgeable. They were very efficient with there diagnostics. Highly recommend

The guy that came to help me was one of the nicest guys I've ever met that worked from a AAA rescue vehicle. He came prepared w a new battery after Oreilly's was given the same opportunity to get the business the day before and got a super lame excuse. Everything happens for a reason and this time it has finally worked in my favor. Marson was his name, I think. Super nice and super knowledgeable! Very professional and he earned my respect quickly. I'm anxious to see the level of service I receive at the shop when i need repairs.
All my future car repair needs are coming to these guys! Not too many honest people in that business anymore, but I found one!

Have used domars multiple times with AAA. And never had an issue. One of the best tow company's in the area and personally I have tow companies. But all there guys are good people

We were at a Dr appt for my husband when I tried to start car and nothing happened. I had my battery checked earlier in week which confirmed it was still good. Since I had AAA roadside, I reached out for someone to come. 7 minutes latter Maksen, from Domar automotive arrived. He too confirmed battery was good and stated it was the starter. He said he could get his tow guy out to take it somewhere or take to their shop and let the mechanic work it. I was in a pinch, cause we were leaving on Sat for a 2wks trip in Greece. It was critical to have this fixed by next day. He called mechanic, Mike, and he said provided he can get part and no difficulty he could finish in time frame.

So we went with Domar for repairs. Mike kept me informed with good and bad. Provided the options and recommendations. I really appreciated his honesty and thoroughness. By Friday at 5: 30pm I called to see if the correct part came in since the first one had wrong plug attachment. It did arrive and he was washing his hands since he completed repair. I was so surprised he got snd finished. He was offering to come in early Saturday and fix so we could get before we left on trip. By the time we got there Mike had left. So I was not able to meet and thank him for this positive experience. His shop is extremely clean and well organized. The kind of mechanic that is meticulous about his environment and work. I highly recommend Mike at Domar Automotive. I've already given his name to other. Also the service they provided thru AAA Roadside was outstanding.

Mario from Domar came to help us with a flat tire on behalf of AAA. He did an amazing job in the middle of the heavy thunderstorm. He was kind, patient, and persistent. He had to hunt for the spare which we couldn’t help him find because we’ve never had to use it before. By the time he was done, he was soaking wet but the smile never left his face. I had a flat tire and called AAA. They connected me with this company. First tow truck driver arrived at my location. He was incredibly nice, but had no idea how to drive a Tesla. He also showed up with a wheel lift tow truck. He asked me to drive my car out of the garage and line it up behind the tow truck so he can connect it with the tow truck. For those who are not aware, you're not supposed to tow a Tesla with a wheel lift tow truck. It even says it on the screen when your try to tow your vehicle. I called Domar and refused service. I also asked for a different driver. The dispatcher (Sam) insists that he is very professional and can do the job. I refused service once again and asked for a different driver. We go back and forth. Finally, she agreed to send a new driver. I waited for another 45 min. A new driver (Moro) showed up in a flat bed tow truck and he's very familiar with Teslas. Everything thing went smoothly after. Thank you Moro for helping me. If Moro didn't show up, I would have given this review a one star. If I didn't know anything about Teslas and have taken the dispatcher's (Sam) word and let them tow my car with the wheel lift, it would have been disastrous. I would have had major battery damage if they towed my car that way. Sam failed to do her part and was not educated about Teslas. She almost caused thousands of dollars of damages and major inconveniences for me. If you own a Tesla, make sure you tell them you want a flat bed truck and request a driver that knows how to drive a Tesla when dealing with this company.

AAA sent this service to help tow my car. The man (name started with F) was so kind, very efficient, and super helpful. I don't know a ton about cars and was stranded at night with my two kids. He towed to dealer as I requested and sent pics later of the exact location of my car and the keys Appreciate his help and care in a stressful situation.

Had a dead battery and called AAA, they sent out Maksen with Domar automotive and he was quick and did a great job. He checked the battery, alternator and starter. He installed a new battery, very reasonable price and he cleaned the battery terminals. Thank you!
