Domino's Pizza, Austin TX

This place is a bit out of the way, but when you are at the end of your rope, ordering a pizza for take out saves me some sanity. It's not gormet in any sense, but better than what I can cook up on a frayed mind.

I ordered a special around 9pm, and it took one hour to be delivered half a mile away and when the pizza arrived they were cold and the quality of the food was a complete disappointment. I could only power through a couple bites before the pizza made it into the trash.

If you want your pizza to be wrong, take way too long, then have Edwin laugh in your face basically when you complain, this is the perfect place to go!

I've done business with these guys more than a few times. They go above and beyond to make sure it's right. If they make a mistake they fix it. They appreciate their customers.
It's a great place.

I'm hoping that this resolves my issues. I have tried numerous times online to unsubscribe from the emails you guys send. Funny thing is I never wanted emails to begin with. This has been going on for almost two years where i keep getting spammed. Take me off your email list or fix your website.

We ordered thin and crispy. The delivery guy showed up a little later than expected, and by then we got cold and soggy. We had a 50% off coupon and still paid $30 for a pizza - really!? ! This is not typical though, we have been ordering pizza off and on from this Domino's and have been satisfied enough not to post any reviews either way. But when get a pizza for 50% off and it is still $30 and is cold and soggy I have to speak out.

I had asked for bar b que boneless wings they gave me no sauce on the wings when i called & asked why they said cause it has to have bone in but i have got boneless wings with sauce the manger said that's to hard to puy on the computer Im so up set that she made me get bone in wings just to get sauce

It’s taken over 2 hours (I’ve still not received my pizza) and when I called the location to see what the issue was I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Nothing was offered to rectify the obscene wait time.

Update: I called again and the guy I spoke to was much more helpful and friendly than the previous lady. He did what he could to solve the issue and provide good customer service.

These guys always have my pizza hot and ready with great people! I work down the street, and you guys are the best! Thanks a bunch y’all!

I don’t eat the pizza but everything else I have had from here was great. Fast service and fast delivery.

Food is great all of it, drivers are always super nice also there is nothing wrong with Dominos they are simply the best

Husband ordered online and I went to pick up at 1: 08 and the door was locked. Online it said this location closed at 2 but they close at 1. So I called the store (1: 13 after waving at the people who ignored me at the door) and person who answered said they never received my order even though I have a confirmation number.

Paid $20 through the rewards app for 2 medium pizzas. No option that I had seen showed pretip. No reward points awarded by the penalty of not pretipping $10. Bunch of crock if you ask me.
