This is the first place I've eaten at since moving, and I absolutely love it! I love their pizzas, and my son is a big fan of this place as well. It's definitely one of our go to places.

This is my go-to pizza place in the area. They always get my order correct, food arrives quickly if I've ordered for delivery and is delicious everytime. I made the mistake of going to another major pizza chain down the way and it took 3 hours for me to receive my order! Never again. So I will continue to order from this restaurant instead on Pizza night. Also I really like their wings!

Out of 3 Dominos locations closest to me, (Pearland, S. Post Oak and this one) this Missouri city location make the best pizzas. My order has always been correct and they are very generous with the toppings.

Horrible! I gave pizzas to my dogs. I ordered online so I paid for food already. Wen my wife and I arrived @ the store (2435 Tx Prkwy. Missouri City Texas 77489) one of the employees were standing in the front lobby of the store putting artificial eyelashes on a person who obviously was a customer or friend (she had on shorts & no uniform) that was so disgusting, unsanitary, unprofessional I couldn't believe it. Just Nasty

These guys know pizza. Very friendly staff, helped me to choose the best deal to meet my order. One of my friends that usually doesn't like to eat pizza, tried a slice and enjoyed it.

I will not be ordering from this location again. I placed an order at 8: 30pm and did not get my pizza until 10: 32pm. This is the second time this happened to me at the same location that it took over an hour for my pizza to come. Something should be done about that.

Received excellent customer service gentleman name is Frank. In store order, pizza did not take long to make. The lady making the pizza was very nice. I spoke to her in reference to customer service. This location very clean. Thank you.

The wings were under cooked. They should send all the wing orders through twice so no one gets.

I put my wings in the microwave until they were all the way cooked. I feel I should not have to do this to food I sent almost $50 on. 2234 texas park way, in Missouri City Texas is where I ordered my food from. 12/27/2019

We ordered three sandwiches and I received my order confirmation at 8: 55pm. It wasn’t until 10: 33pm that my family’s food was delivered. This is unacceptable. We ordered online and by default because of our address it gave us the sienna location but we will never order here again. Rosharon is farther from our home but they have always been punctual and our food has always arrived warm. My mom and I had called three times to complain, the manager has a nasty attitude, an associate said the food was “on its way” when the driver hadn’t even left yet. Sienna is just minutes from our house, it doesn’t take forever to get here. Neither of them could justify why it took so long for the food to deliver, and just made poor excuses. The manager said “Do you want the sandwiches or not? ” in a rude tone when we complained about our order. By the time we received our sandwiches, the delivery driver poorly apologized and I asked her if the sandwiches were still warm, which she replied that they were. When my mom and I sat down to eat, all of the sandwiches were cold and the bread was hard, the presentation itself was horrible and poorly made with the contents spilling out. The manager at this location has no customer service skills whatsoever and it’s very evident through the service we experienced. We weren’t even offered a discount for compensation for the terrible service. Never again will we be ordering from this location.

I ordered a $25 deal online at 12: 15am when it states the place doesn't close till 1am. My money was taken and the tracker showed being prepared. 1hr and 30 mins later the tracker never updated. I called them and the machine states location is closed then directed me to customer service line was on hold for 15 mins! Two hours later still no pizza! 2am in the morning still no pizza my husband and I are furious! Kids had to go to bed hungry! Someone could at least called us and said they won't be able to make it or there should be a cutoff time for ordering! I was going to tip the driver $20 for even showing up after hours but they never showed up! Woke up the next morning to a refund to my account no call with an apology or nothing! Will be contacting corporate! Never again!

For lack of better words, this Dominoes location ain't $#! +

Corporate needs to come in and force this store to make major changes or shutdown because this store is doing mostly damage to the brand of the company.

- The service is poor.
- The in store progress is slow and does not match the online pizza tracker.
- The food is often dried out
- My online orders have often been canceled and refunded without notice (as is the situation tonight)
OR if I select pay on delivery it is put in the system as delivered with no delivery...
"at least that's what shows up on my Dominoes app, still with no delivery. "

I'm done with this location.

3rd time yall cancel my freaking order.i ordered online at 12.27 and yall close at 1am. Horrible service no respect for costumer only thing they think of is clocking out on time. I eat dominos 3 times a week cuz i work a lot but pizza hut will have me now. Never going back

Very horrible store never answers the phone call, I was on hold for over 17 mins and I got to the store and the phone wasn't even ringing I assume they put the phone on mute so they don't hear the phone ringing.

Probably the worst place period, I spent 35 mins waiting on the phone to ask them a question about an online order I made 1hr ago. So not only was my pizza about 2 hours late, this is the 3rd time this happens and they always say the same thing "sorry we're short staff". If I was you I'll just drive somewhere else to order from this place will just irritated you with their lack of effort.
