I ordered my family pizza online to pick up in store. It was Christmas eve I showed up 15 mins before closing to pick up my already ordered and baked pizzas. I was greeted with annoyed stares and a "uh were closed. " yes my hair is blonde. I felt stereotyped. I felt a burden picking up pizzas I paid for. And pre ordered online. SOME BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BETTER CUSTOMER DIRECTION IN SHOP IS NEEDED IN THE ESTABLISHMENT! Employees shouldn't be so dismissive. A simple hello welcome would suffice. And a how can I help you.do people even still do that.walk into a dominoes and place an order.who even does that. SMH

Got my order wrong. Hadn’t had Dominoes in a long time. Remembered why. What happened to this company!? It’s so bad. Frozen pizzas from HEB are actually better. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Ordered online 5/9/2022 paid $24.14 for a salad for $6.99 and a thin crust pizza $6.99 with pepperoni and sausage. I wish I had read the review before I ordered from this dominoes. I guess I was foolish to think that Domino’s nationwide pizza would taste the same unfortunately it doesn’t in Texas. I contacted the corporate office hopefully they’ll look into all of these RGV locations.

The pizza was horrible the crust was burnt, little amount of sauce the sauce that was there was dried up, no cheese there was none on the pizza hardly any cheese was dried not cheesy, the pepperoni was so paper-thin you can almost see through it and it had no taste to it, the sausage was cut up in cubes that had very little taste did not taste like Italian sausage. I called management not once did they offer me a credit.

It’s unfortunate that Dominos is not making sure franchise owners buy the same original Domino’s ingredients. This franchise location is horrible.

This franchise salad/lettuce has a funny taste to it. I’ve eaten at many Domino’s Pizza, I had the expectation that I was going to receive per my request a pizza with pie shaped slices, cheesy, Italian sausage & pepperoni tasting pizza.
I definitely was wrong pizza tasted like somebody baked it in their kitchen. Pizza was cut into squares which I did not request specifically stated slices.

I will not be going to any Dominos any longer in Texas!

Pizza is not original company standards must be franchise, pepperoni’s tasted artificial with no taste.

This the 3rd time I order something and they get it worng. Then I have to sit outside for another 15min to get my order right. Nothing but kids running the store joking around and not being professional. I just want to get here and have my pizza ready with no mistakes. Not have my family waiting at the house for a mistake they did.

I love Dominos pizza but everytime I place my order for extra cheese and sauce they forget to make it as i order and give me regular pizza. Pizza is good but why let us choose extra toppings if your not gonna give us extra toppings on our orders.

Friendly staff. Pizza is average. Taste ok.

Update 04/22. Pizza was much better. Staff still friendly. Some dining inside.

Everytime i ask for pizza and wings well well done and double cut i seem to always get the opposite like really! Ive spoken to the manager and seems not to care this place needs to get things done like the way customers ask for it or get new employees they just seem to fo whatever they want with my order i dont like soggy wings or pizza i like to eat my pizza without the toppings falling off SMH! Horrible place forreals

Always smooth, easily order by phone and pick up 15 minutes later. I get exactly what I order at the quality I expect.

Love this store. My order is always correct and ontime. And they are always friendly when we go into the store

Still got great pizza! Only now I have to give them 3 stars. I've been getting bad delivery drivers who don't seem to follow instructions, keep going to the wrong house and pizza comes cold.
