Domino's Pizza, Waco TX

Unfortunately, after many times ordering from this location. We received a pizza with a very long hair. We called and spoke to “Mike” who got us another pizza. Which was very clearly shaken. What do you think? 0 Stars.

Order extra sauce on my pizza’s, and paid the extra $1.50 for each pizza just to get a dry pizza with little sauce. When told about it, I was told there is extra sauce because it is around the side. Yet when touch the part where the cheese is, there was no sauce. I think I will just start paying extra money in fuel and go to Papa Johns.

Ordered online at 8: 22pm heard nothing and no updates on tracker. Called around 9: 14pm and they told me they were short on drivers and it would be "45 mins to an hour" I confirmed that would be ok. At 10: 30pm I still heard nothing and called back and was told it was delivered. After being put on hold for 20 mins I called back and was told that the driver "Morgan" had made a mistake and that a new order would be sent to me in "25mins to 40mins" this was at 11: 00pm. Come 11: 55pm I have been picked up and intentionally hung up on 4 times now.

I have spent thousands of dollars over many stores across the U. S and I can say this is the worst experience and only bad experience I've ever had with a Dominos.

This is by no way the staffs fault even if the customer service was less than ideal. Management needs to get it together and stop under-staffing

We ordered a large pepperoni, hamburger, mushroom, and jalapeno pizza. It was hot & fresh, and the toppings were delicious. Thanks

Ordered online six items. Got there after I was notified that it was ready. Got there called to say I'm here, they left me on hold almost 7 minutes. I called back and they finally answered me. Seems they gave my food away somebody else to remake it all over again told me 15 minutes it was 25. I'll use another one of the Domino's stores and take a longer drive to go pick it up at least I know it'll be there. Or store I've ever been.

Order of 1 pizza took 1 hour, 15 minutes to deliver and we are 10 minutes or less away. I went online to their 'delivery insurance' and all they would offer is 20% off a pizza, or a free medium pizza that had to be ordered with 24-48 hours. Doesn't seem like very good 'insurance'.

Exceptional experience, always have great service when ordering my Pizza over the phone with the Added Text Tracking to let you know what stage your order is in. Always have had a Good overall experience at this location.

Always hot, fresh and on time! This is my favorite go to on nights that practice or games keep us out late, and cooking is the last thing I want to do! Thanks guys for always taking care of my family and I!

Their # phone is not local some lady in California picked the phone up? Back up a min. I placed my order with Uber eats, at 8.45 pm, it's 10.15, Uber has a over charge of $4.95 plus tips, I wanted to save gas, I ended up driving to the store, the only good thing they have is a great wi Fi!

Our pizza was an hour and twenty minutes late. Talked to the manager Skyler, and he made it right! 5 stars to Skyler and the great Philly Steak Pizza!

Love using their app, able to order pizza so easy! Also can keep track of your order from making the pizza to putting it in the oven and telling you it is ready.

NEVER will I order from this dominos. My neighbor ordered and had it delivered. Instead of the driver using the turn around or my driveway to turn around he decided to back out and he hit my car. He seen me watching him which is how I could describe him to police I yelled for him to stop but he kept on leaving. Waited 30 minutes to speak with police. Drove to the store because you can’t get ahold of anyone up there told the manager what happened and he just shrugged. It’s took 45 minutes for the driver to show up. Looked like he had a fresh washed car. He denied everything!

Wednesday my wife ordered 2 pizzas for her job. So i went to pick it up when i dropped of to her she called and told me the pizzas were wrong so we called back and they offered to fix it when we got there it was wrong again so my wife told them and waited for it to be remade took 37 minutes and it was wrong once again. Took them 4 times of remaking the pizzas to get it right and they had an attitude with her like she did something wrong. I spent more in gas and time running back and forth than the pizza was even worth. I don't recommend this place at all. Oyeah during 2 of the trips back to get the right pizza there were people waiting for theres to be fixed aswell.

Horrible customer service. I got a pizza that seem to just had been thrown together by a 2 year old, sloppy as hell & the dough was still raw. Cheese bread didn't even come with the marinara sause. Been on the phone for over 45 minutes & no one answer the phone. This is not the first time that something like this happens with this Domino's location.

Have tried to call this dominos on 5 different instances now waiting to talk to someone 7-13 minutes each time and never reaching someone.

Husband called up there to order food and the guy that was taking the order was highly disrespectful on the phone he kept sighing interrupting my husband and in the end the order was wrong and the dipping sauce was missing. I get that they are busy probably and he wanted to take the order fast but that’s just not it man. Do better!

It has to be the worst domino's in Texas.the driver drove all over Waco which makes no sense seeing how we live 2 minutes from the store. One of the pizzas box was smashed and one of our pizzas was burnt.there is no excuse for this your better of ordering pizza somewhere else. I bet 711 pizza is better we will not be ordering from here ever again. BUYER BEWARE

Called and placed an order. The kid talked like he didn't know what he was even doing there. Waited an hr. Called back only for him to say they messed up and don't deliver to my area. This kid shouldn't be working a position he knows nothing about. The Mgr needs to care about his job and train people properly.

Originally ordered to have delivered then they called me to tell me the driver was off duty at 9pm and I would have to pick up my order. I passed the place up because they had turned off all the lights. I thought it was closed but tried the door and it was open. They seemed disappointed to see me come in until they realized I was just picking up an order. Seemed like only a bunch of kids working.
