Domino's Pizza, Monahans TX

I ordered a few weeks ago. When I order a thin crust pizza and put on the web or app that I want it in "pie" cut, it seems like square is now considered pie cut. I wanted it in the normal triangle like any other pizza. After 4 orders, all 4 were in square cut. What kind of quality check does the person doing checks look at? Apparently they don't read the note on pie cut?

What I ordered I didn't get, and then they ask me what did I want him to do. Sorry customer service, this is why I stop getting food from before.

Absolutely delicious food, and great customer service. I recently tried ordering and it said the phone number had been changed can anyone change it if that is the case?

I stopped by to grab a pizza to go and while I was waiting, witnessed something that is hard pressed to find in today's times. The employees were happy. They were joking around with each other and seemed as though they were enjoying their time at work. Whoever is responsible for staffing must be a genius to put together a crew like this however, it could very well be an accident but maybe not. I wish other businesses would take notice and try to promote a fun working environment such as this one. Great job Domino's in Monahans!

Y'all definitely need to get ppl up there that know how to use phone etiquacy. Not answering all rudely. Not our fault as a paying customer that your workers do not show up to work and don't answer their phones. Guy on the phone claimed to be the manager. But didn't know how to properly speak to someone. If that's how the manager talks then there's the answers to absolutely everything.

Do not judge a book by it's cover. This Domino's was clean and organized. The manager's special today was 20% off! The pepperoni pizza, and the half hamburger & half cheese was delicious, as well as the brownie-choco cookies! The wait was practicle. And above all, the gentlemen there were extremely nice, helpful, and professional! Thank you Monahan, Texas for this nice experience as my family and I pass thru from Waxahachie, Texas!

Very slow service, not organized at all, no leadership. Everyone so unprofessional. Last visit here.

The attendant was professional, efficient, and very friendly. He suggested discounts and very patiently listed ingredients and sauce flavors.

I ordered last night and still feel nauseous.i notoced that every time i eat Dominos i feel sick for a couple of days so im not coming back.

I never receive my food how I order it I ordered wings with sauce and they bring me just wings and they charged me for delivery and I still tipped this place needs real management, I will order Pizza Hut from now on!

Worst money I ever spent. It's bad enough that we spent $15 on 2 sandwiches but then the philly cheese sandwich was almost absent of the steak. I had even asked for extra meat. Didn't get it! The sandwich was all bread. They first could not find my order so it took extra time before they finally found it. Bad service! That's sad since we can't really shop Monahans because of things like this.

The pizzas taste like. And looked bad the worst domino's I have been too.it ruin my stay at monahans.

Service here is getting much better since my last review. They must have a better manager and employees. The service is much faster and the pizza is great!

Girls in the weeds. Tried to order on line. No luck there. Tried calling 4 times always puts me on hold and never returns. Bad bad tonight. Not girls fault management needs to step up

Curbside pick-up and even left a tip online. 20 minutes later i go in and pick up my own food but too busy to even apologize? Terrible

They always forget a topping literally every time I order. I don’t even order delivery anymore so that way I can check the pizza before leaving the store!

No service and no quality of food. Food is not prepared well. No one is caring when I try to attempt to report the issue. My recommendation is not go here.
