Domino's Pizza, San Antonio TX

They made a mistake in my order and wouldn’t like to redeliver it
And the so call women that I spoke with that claims that she is the manager just has a terrible customer service

For the love of god, do not place an online order. Estimated delivery time was 30 to 40 mins. Its been 90 and my order has not made it past prep. Still waiting for any movement, no answer upon calling the store. Some of the worst service, order from anywhere but this store. Absolute disgrace.

The cheese dip was melted shredded cheese. Nothing more, nothing less. Not even an attempt to make it taste or blend better. It was greasy & burnt. The garlic knots that came with it were not fresh.

The Brooklyn style pizza is the thin crust pizza with bigger slices. It was burnt and not made per my request.

I ordered pizza and pasta from elsewhere to replace the cheese dip & pepperoni pizza. Ridiculous the cost, gas, & time to end up going elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN!

Got a medium pan pizza but it was sideways in the box. I called and spoke with a manager and they sent another one right away, so points for that.

They usually have great service and usually always fast although this last time I ordered they had forgotten the 2 liter sprite that I ordered. Pizza was great tho!

This location off Potranco and Dugas Rd is the best! Nathan took my order over the phone because of an issue I had with the call center and he is amazing! He took care of me! He is very sweet, professional and fast! He deserves a raise! ️

Never received my order after almost 2 hours even the tracker said delivered. I was not going to wait another hour just receive a probable cold pizza.

Took 2 hours to get pizza delivered when online system said 22 mins. Called the store and worker was entirely unprofessional had a rude tone and said it always take 45 mins. Went to bed hungry. Not ok.

Very disappointed! Last time I ordered from them there was almost no cheese and the pizzas were so skimpy on the toppings it was a joke! I also ordered a thin crust pizza and it was way over cooked! The little cheese that was there was dryed out and brown! I spoke to the guy working there and he looked at me like I was crazy and said, "it can't be over cooked because we cook all our pizzas the same amount of time! " I said, "so you cook a deep dish pan pizza the same as a thin crust? And you don't think the thin crust would get over cooked? " It had apparently never occurred to him! They did replace the pizzas, but they were still very skimpy! I'm talking 8 see-through thin slices of pepperoni on a whole large pizza! When I complained to their website, after the initial auto-reply acknowledgment that they had received my complaint, no one ever contacted me! Don't waste your money there! Seriously! Little Caesars is twice as good!

Worst experience. Online order placed stated would be ready about 30 mins later. When I went to pickup they claimed I had the wrong store and no record of my order. When I showed them the email confirmation then they came out with excuses and said would be an hour wait. I asked for a refund and the manager Cathy laughed. Rude & unprofessional.

The pizza and pasta was good, but I wasn't happy with my Chicken Parmesan sandwich; most of the bread was burnt and therefore, really hard. Probably wouldn't buy another sandwich from here again.

THESE PEOPLE ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY DESERVE NO STARS! THEY WILL CANCEL OR ORDER AFTER YOU BEEN WAITIG 2 HRS WITH NO EXPLANATION.

Pizza took over an hour to arrive, called store and put me on hold and never returned, i willnever order pizza there again mana gement is slacking

Horrible Horrible service and delivery service. This place needs to be shut down! 2.5 hrs waiting for our food to be delivered!

Thanks for the free pizza but that doesn’t make up for the pizzas I did pay for coming Luke warm and not even a decent amount of toppings. The pizza was hardly any good. Disappointed af.

If I could’ve gave 0 stars I would. Order got delivered wrong around 1245 on 14 Oct 21. Called around 1250 the man who answered was rude and said he had no control over online orders. Asked for a manger and he said he was so I asked for the GM and he said he was. After that I asked who to contact that was higher then him and he stated Maria and said there was no way for me to contact her then hung up. He was rude and didn’t take anything I said into consideration I’ll never eat here again.

Ordered my food and never received it. They didn't even have the courtesy to let me know it would not be delivered. Won't be ordinary from this location again

They had initially messed up our order before but finally they went ahead and made it right thanks to the manager David, they compensated us for the last delivery mess up, at no cost, and came quickly! So thank you!
