Domino's Pizza, Hallsville TX

Never answers the phone and one time my order was completely wrong I called the brought me a new order but it was completely messy and just thrown together

I don't normally like Domino's Pizza but I was down visiting my family this weekend and I got a large pizza from here, and it was the best pizza that I've had in a really long time. I will be back when I come back in town.

The taste and value of Domino's is unparalleled. But, the one here in Hallsville is horrible at cooking. I've ordered most of their crust multiple times. The pan pizza is ALWAYS raw. I ordered the Brooklyn style thinking I would get a large pizza that was stretched and I just got a regular medium pizza and some how it was raw too. The hand tossed large is the only thing that is right most of the time, but it's still hit or miss.

I put my order in at 6: 14pm on a Sunday night and at 7: 40pm it was still in “prep” I called the store and they said “we don’t see your order” I gave them my order number and they then proceeded to tell me “it’ll be about another hour. ” Two and a half hours to make a pizza and deliver it 6 minutes down the road…?

Don't order too late because it is easier to order 2 or 3 hours before close, great pizza!

Our pizza is consistently over cooked. We gave it one last shot this evening and the pizza was burned on the edges and charred throughout. I called and the employee was friendly and dealt with the issue for us. But, the burned pizza is not very tasty…

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINOS AGAIN. I WOULD ALWAYS ORDER FROM THEM QUITE OFTEN NOT ANYMORE. THEIR WEBSITE SAID THEY WOULD ACCEPT CASH WITH A $50 ORDER. THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT $100 WHICH IS ALL I HAD. DRIVERS NAME WAS ROBERT. THEY CAN LOSE MY BUSINESS WHICH WAS ALOT ESPECIALLY DURING FOOTBALL SEASON AND RECEIVE A BAD RATING FROM ME. SO STUPID! ILL BE ORDERING ELSEWHERE FROM NOW ON.

Food was okay. Delivery speed was not very good. Employee interaction was quick but not very cordial.

You have to check your order.
It all depends on who's fixing your pizza.
Sometimes not enough sauce, Sometimes it's smothered in sauce. Very skimpy on pepperoni.

Fast service, friendly. Wasnt very much sauce on the pizza though. The toppings were an adequate amount. They always have coupons online so it never costs too much. All in all pretty good.

I keep trying to like this dominos. I used to go to the dominos on Estes in Longview before this one came about. The people are nice, the pizza comes out quickly but there always seems to be something wrong.

Don’t order a Brooklyn crust pizza for sure without asking for light sauce or well done or both, because if you do not, they have a tendency to over sauce it and under cook it and it’s very raw in the middle.

I’ve had them give me pizza that’s not even mine and I feel silly for not checking it when I get home even though my name is on the sticker on the box. I mean I did take it back and they did make me another pizza, but it’s just the inconvenience.

The kicker tonight that made me write this review was it was finally time for a free pizza for me. I had 60 points and I decided to get a pizza. Free pizza is a medium two topping. Double mushroom was my two toppings, light sauce so it’s not raw. Pizza came out timely, I drive away. The only thing that was right was the sauce. It was light sauce light cheese and there’s no way that is two portions of mushrooms. So I’m disappointed again. I think I’m done with this location. I’ll drive a few more minutes to go to Longview. Can’t say I felt this disappointment there.
