Domino's Pizza, Pasadena TX

As a person that worked for Dominos for 15 yrs there’s no way you covered the air bubble that was popped with more cheese so u did not have remake it. Not to mention I’m not from here and I’m beyond disappointed with Dominos as a whole cause it’s always something.

Very helpful, as I had a large order. The young man that took my order and filled it was amazing. Clean store also.

Dominos pizza to me best pizza thin and crispy with white Alfredo sauce hamburger and pineapple mushrooms. My favorite. Hot bread is awesome only pizza place I will order. Keep it up

Pretty good service most of the time. Pandemic and supply issues have definitely affected them at times.

I placed an order this past Sunday online. I was watching the tracker and I even had to call the store was told mmm we only have on delivery driver and that my pizza was just sitting there. My pizza finally got to my house after over 1 hour and it wasn't fresh it was it was warm but not like it was fresh out the oven. I have called on Monday to ask to speak to a manager no one ever called me back and then again yesterday i was told some excuse we have your information and someone with call you back why didn't i call back on Sunday and we cant look you past order up. I find this unacceptable I will never do business with dominio's no more

First time order, the online system had technical issues so I had to pay at pick up in store. Got home, wrong type of salad. So irritating! I didn't bother eating the salad - save it for tomorrow. It no longer interested me because it wasn't what I ordered, cost as much as the pizza. You have to check every dasted thing when you place a food order. Disappointing at 9 pm when you're hungry. Pizza was good for 8.00.

Ordered from this location for a long time and I’ve never been disappointed until a few days ago. Order wasn’t right but the manager Brian took care of it and made everything right! Still my favorite Domino’s on the area.

I was inside ordering my food, one of the white men like probably 5’1 maybe; As I was walking out the store he started making my pizza with hands & NO GLOVES. PLEASE FIX THIS! That is so nasty. I Ordered here SOO many times & have never seen any workers not wear gloves.

I used to be a Pappa Johns person for years but now. I won't order pizza anywhere else than Dominos. I hate crust but I will actually eat thiers. Its amaizing with garlic and seasonings. They also have great pasta and sandwiches. Great job guys!

My order was not correct. Didn't notice til i got home I order the cheesy bread with bacon and jalapeno but just got plain cheesy bread. I will not go to that location again.

The manager at this location “Paola” is most disrespectful woman ever, she does not know what management is, she does care what the customer are trying to explain to her about the problem they had. I do not understand how she is handling a store as a general store manager, the worst store on fairmont for customer service. They should not have someone with no manners and very disrespectful working there

Today I ordered delivery me being a driver many years even for dominos I kno the days up and downs that one can go thru but today I had a driver so good I had to do a review just more less on him from his positive attitude to vibe to being patient and helping a giy out with the kiddos for a half sec his names David and my guy your a hella of a guy and appreciate you and the speedy service ok now I’ll eat

Took forever, then received a cold pizza! Spoke to the manager, who sounded like oh well I give a free large for next.

They are so smooth in their operation. Clear online ordering, clear tracking, prompt carbide delivery. Seamless service.

Delayed order, wrong food, and rude manager. Please don't even bother yourself. It's not worth the trouble.

Twice I have gotten wrong order - completely different pizza AND wings than I ordered. They run out of wings at this store.

Don't waist your time or money. Took my money then after an hour I called to be told it would be over 3 more hours before they would even cook my food.

Thank you Domino's for catering to the staff of VCA Animal Medical Center of Pasadena! Travis and Gio were very helpful with our large order and even safely accommodated to our staff members that are Gluten Free and Vegan! Our order was on time and pizza was extra delicious!
