This place is great. Friendly and fast. They even have my order ready for me when I walk in.

Did carry out and had the most awkward interaction with the cashier. Felt very uncomfortable and won’t be returning to this location

Food good and all but they often arent available for delivery cause they have no driver but when they are theyre pretty fast not theyre fault they are understaffed

Save yourself the time and frustration. Do not order from this location. Every time we order they take forever to deliver and if they aren't forgetting something they are delivering the wrong pizza. When you call they always blame it on the drivers saying they are new and don't know what they are doing. Tonight instead of delivering a pizza with spinach and olives they delivered one with all the meats and jalapenos. They did give us a credit for next time but after my son ordered and paid for a new pizza which took almost 2 hours to get to us after I called 3 times for them to tell us the driver was in my area. Pizza finally got to us dried up and cold.

Delivery service isnt the best because they’re very short staffed on drivers apparently, especially if there’s an huge amount of orders. Pizza comes cold sometimes, but i don’t mind i can always warm it up in the oven. Definitely recommend doing carry out fr.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had! And the delivery takes forever! I’m not ordering from this place ever again! Wish I could give 0 stars!

I hate to say it, but the delivery times with this location are beyond ridiculous. The pizza is good (assuming it’s not cold when it arrives), but you can’t expect to receive your order any sooner than 90 minutes after ordering. Calling the location doesn’t help, because they’ll just say “it’ll be there in 15-20 minutes”. When 15-20 minutes goes by, they’ll say “15-20 minutes”. Rinse repeat.

I have always been impressed by the customer service at Dominos and the App. But lately, every time I order from this store my order takes over 90 minutes to arrive. I have also found the stores updates to be entirely incorrect on the App. This is becoming unacceptable- I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Pizza was horrible and cold, so was the pasta driver took so long to get here and sat at the end of the street for 30 mins just sitting there doing what I don’t know. Showed the driver the food and asked if that looked ok and even she said NO! Worst service ever!

All those 1 star reviews are correct. It is now 90 minutes since I ordered my pizza and wings.and have no idea when/if they will get here. Funny thing is, they also delivered late last week.but, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Even funnier thing? They got $5 tips each time.on $15 orders.to deliver the food late (I pay at checkout).

Trust the reviews, I live. 2 miles away and waited 2.5 hours for cold disgusting pizza. Good luck getting your money back as well, whoever is running this place needs to get out of there.
Awful.

Friendly service. Delivery driver had difficulty finding my apartment unit and I did receive a free replacement. Unfortunately, product was not very good in the end anyway.

Placed order via APP. Pizza arrived 2HRS later.
App showed the pizza 'out of the oven' for over an 1HR and 30 MINS?

3 times in a row I have ordered pizza and 3 times in a row they took my money but never delivered anything. Every time, I have to call and they tell me they can cancel my order and refund my money in 2-3 days or I can wait ANOTHER hour for my cold pizza to be delivered. This is now the second time in a row I have waited for over an hour before driving to the store to pick up the food I paid to have delivered. My food has been sitting on the counter for over an hour now and they could not care less there. Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. They do not call you, they do not honor the time window they quote you, but they love to take your money anyway then tell you there is nothing they can do about it. This most recent time I was hung up on once and put on hold six different times. Absolutely ridiculous. Wish I could give -5 Stars.

This store is a disaster. Employees were yelling at each other in front of customers and misplacing orders.

No issue I did a pick up and it was fresh and fast. I live blocks away and have never had a bad experience here. It’s domino’s guys not a gourmet pizza place these employees are not paid enough.keep up the good work.

Received two incorrect pizzas. Called this store that night and was told I would receive the correct pizza that night. No pizza was delivered, I called the next day at 3pm and was told to wait till 5pm for the drivers to show up. Call back at 5 pm and was told the order would be sent out. Did not recive the replacements pizzas till 7 pm. Bad management and bad experience. Order from this place with caution.

Ordered an XL 16" Brooklyn style pizza, got home and it looked pretty small. I called and asked if there might have been a mistake and been given a large instead to which the guy was rude and there was no way he could be mistaken. Well I decided to just put a tape measure to it after having an unpleasant phone exchange, and it's definitely a large, exactly 14". I didn't even get what I paid for, what a lousy place.
