Domino's Pizza, Lubbock TX

Waited for a hour for my pizza showed up was cold and there excuse was the computer generated the wrong address they wouldn’t make things right pretty much told me to live with it! BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION! Customer service worst I have dealt with

Great pizza and my family and I have only had one time that we have had to file a complaint with our pizza, but overall we have and do enjoy Domino's pizza. Keep up the great work

Placed an order for pick-up, when I walked it.it was very clean, staff was extremely helpful and you can see all the employees working and making all orders. I was honestly very impressed. The pizza was amazing, and dessert was great also. Highly recommend this domino's location

The food is always good and the employees are always very nice and polite. They have never messed up our orders.

I ordered a large sausage, onion, mushroom pizza. I don't know if it's our horrible economy and inflation or just not being able to find quality employees nowadays (you know you've noticed it too) but my pizza was all sauce, hardly any toppings. I counted 10 small pieces of sausage on a large pizza. This can't be the new normal. I won't just accept this. We can do better.

Everyone was super nice and on time! We had an incident where the pizza was dropped while handing it through the window and not to sure who's fault it was. The worker at the window was super quick and nice to offer to remake it. Another worker came to the window and even offered a dessert while we waited.

This dominos is the best in Lubbock. I don’t know what they do, but every time we get pizza here it is sooo good. The crust, cooked perfectly, lots of toppings ect. Always will go out of my way for this one.

The Indiana Avenue store might be the worst run dominoes ever built. A year ago I stopped ordering from there due to disrespectful delivery people… Tried it again tonight over a 90 minute wait for delivery. No way to run a business especially with an organization that prides itself on fast delivery… And no notice this was the case…. Was expecting normal wait times. Sad. Need some personnel changes at the store I would imagine.

Domino’s always gets an A+ from me. The food is great, hot and fresh. Salads are always a great, fresh and tasty. So many pizza places out there, but Domino’s is consistently a winner! Thanks, guys, for all you do! I’ll be back!

The location, facility, staff, and pizza was excellent! We recommended this location to several friends and family.

We have been with Domino's for4 1/2 years. The same 5 ingredient pizza at Pizxa Hut was 23.00 dollars. We love Domino's. The service is always good. We order every Friday night.

I have it one star because the crust was good. But where are the toppings? The full pizza looks like this. Hamburger, mushroom and onion. Hmmm. Not impressed at all.

Great customer service! The one time they messed up my order they called before it got sent out, remade it correctly, and offered me a free item to make up for the delay. All other times my orders were just right!
