Domino's Pizza, Jonestown TX

Ordered a Mushroom and jalapeño pizza, I got a Pepperoni and Jalapeño Called to see if I can get a refund since I couldn’t go back because of work.said no because of blah blah blah … Won’t be ordering from here again

Better than Lago and cedar Park. My pizzas are actually circles. Overall everything tastes better.

Unbelievably RUDE! The manager had so much attitude when I was just trying to explain why I was dissatisfied with the pizza. I know their income depends on sales and because it’s such a successful franchise they don’t have to even try. Trash PEOPLE and PIZZA!

Pizza is decent but Absolutely do NOT get the chicken wings, So awful. They're soft and fall off the bone, but not in the good way.

My husband and I were leaving Lago Vista and placed an order for a medium pizza, to be picked up at the store in Jonestown. We arrived and there was a huge storm with hail. We pulled to the window and according to the mobile tracker the pizza was being prepared. The young man at the window let us know and told us to just wait. This wasn’t a big deal because we knew we were early. While sitting there we watched a lady get in her car to make a delivery. We both commented that it was terrible that she was getting out in the storm. We were still sitting there when she got back from her delivery and that’s when things went from chill to bad in a matter of seconds. She approached us very hostile and asked the name on the order. She then told us that the order was just put in the oven and that it would be another 25 min. We were very puzzled since the young man had already come to the window 10 min prior to tell us the same thing. She then insisted that we move because we couldn’t just sit there. At this point we had already been waiting 35 min. We obliged and drove around the parking lot… at 40 min we drove back to the window and she told us that she couldn’t find our order. At this point we had already began to place another order to be delivered from our usual store. We eventually got our medium pizza an hour later. This one individual made our chill experience one filled with hostility. She truly made us feel like we inconvenienced her with our order.

I’m not sure what it is about this particular Domino’s’ chef (s), but they really know what they’re doing. Best Domino’s in town, hands down!

This is my first visit. I ordered in the location and waited. These girls/guys work their tails off!

I placed an order online today 5/12/22 at 8: 51pm and when I arrived to the store one of my two Philly cheese steak sandwiches fell out of the oven and fell on the floor that happened right in-front of my eyes and the employee named chad did not even offer me an apology he just said he needed to make another one. Anyways I waited there at the store for another 15 mins and nobody was watching the oven, and if it wasn’t because I yelled at them and told them my second sandwich was about to fall another “accident” would have happened …… worst employees ever and worst guest service! They need to put more attention on what they’re doing … I am pretty sure that if I had not witnessed when my sandwich fell on the floor, they would have boxed it right from the floor and hand it to me! And again no apology was given to me or neither offer me a discount for that incident ️

I have lived here in Lago Vista longer than Domino's opened. Michelle used to be a part of my pharmacy team at CVS when they opened. Something recently has gone wrong and I want to call back about this. One night I ordered off of our saved menu a pizza and they gave us the wrong Pizza and then I called back 30 minutes after they delivered the wrong Pizza and said could you please deliver the right pizza and they said we have no history on you it's all been wiped out. So today I called at 3: 00 and ordered the specific Pizza that we want that we always eat at 3: 10 and I told them my husband will be there at 3: 45 and my husband was standing next to me when I said this and he got there at 3: 45 and they said your wife told us 4: 45 so he is still at Domino's waiting and now it's 4: 15 and they said I said 4: 45

Different than before. Very sad to see this franchise turn out like others previously serving this area. I liked the friendly guy that used to take the orders and the good pizza. Oh well, it's Jonestown.why would we expect consistency. Oh and you just can't order pizza now unless you spend $20. Don't understand at a ranch dressing ro get to $20 based on a $17 pizza. I always tip over 20%, and still did, but it cut into the delivery drivers tip which isn't fair. Humm.is it the new management?

They have been under new management and ever since they have been nothing but horrible, every single order I have has been ruined or just completely changed with something else. And the customer service was just as terrible

New management and new pizza great this time around! Fast delivery time compared to when I ordered a few months back. Got good customer service and good food.

Also that one review with the "not hand toss crust lady" bruh i order thin pizza ans its like a cracker. The person who made her pizza probably made it thinner. The thing crust they have doesnt look like that IT DOESNT HAVE A CRUST. The RIGHT thing to have done was offer to remake it. But oh well.

They’ve got a sign up celebrating their “change of management” but this is not something to be celebrated. Used to be a solid pick before the change, just like any old Dominos but now there’s a dramatic decrease in quality, the crust had barely any of the classic garlic flavor and topping/cheese placement was laughable. Just look at the picture i posted, that one slice is basically all dough! Not up to par with other Dominos out there unfortunately.

The order is the way I order it. Pizza, both pastas, wings, and cheesy bread. It tasted very good. Delivery was great food still hot.

Last minute dinner as most places were closed around the area. Pizza, pasta, breadsticks all were fresh. Picked up to go.

Every time I order from here, something is messed up. I normally just eat my meal and don't complain but last night I ordered the specialty chicken and got half an order. For now on I will drive to another town to get pizza.
Update: Went in tonight and ordered a medium pizza that I had coming to me. Talked to the manager Hannah, she was really nice and helped me with my order and the pizza is amazing. Keep up the good work.

Ordered a hand-tossed. I believe I got a thin crust. Called to discuss and got a mad manager instead of a conversation.
He immediately said “I cut it myself; call corporate if you have an issue. ”
Here’s a picture anyways.seems thin to me.not sure how thin thin crust is if this is not.
Thanks mad guy on the phone that probably treats your employees like trash and works off of emotion instead of logic.
Let’s re-think who we franchise to here Dominos. Your brand is looking like trash thanks to this clown.
