Domino's Pizza, Jarrell TX

I ordered a medium pepperoni and mushroom pizza online. I sat in my car outside dominoes and watched when a pizza came out and it was bubbled over and all messed up. One employee called anther employee over and just had him cut it and put it in a box. I went in to get my pizza and noticed it was the box they put that pizza in. I asked to see it and it was mushy the mushrooms were cooked to nothing and I asked for an extra done pizza that was not very cooked at all, still doughy. Do better people. I’m sure you’d like a nice pizza when you order one. Customer service goes a long way.

I ordered 3 different specialty pizzas, and 1 of them the dough wasn't even cooked all the way. The other 2 were extremely unevenly cooked. All 3 barely even had any toppings on them. The sauce and cheese were pretty much nonexistent. The 3 cheese marinara knot dip was actually amazing. It's one of my new favorite foods, in fact. I also got the lava cakes, which are also amazing.

They always leave something out of the order. It will a long time before I ever order from them again. My family was so disappointed as was I. And I never received the things I paid for. I guess Pizza Co is taking a lot of business from them that they take our money and not the entire order
Got to make money somehow

17 bucks for a medium pizza with none of the chicken I ordered on it, in person.may not be coming back tbh.

Edit, definitely not coming back. I'm still shocked I paid that much for a pizza.

Good service. Sometimes they get behind due to staffing but thats not always in their control

Came to pick up a pizza I ordered today. Was in the store for a solid 5 minutes before either of the guys would acknowledge I was there.
And when the one cutting the pizzas did finally speak to me, he was rude and he made me feel like I was bothering him
He had RBF and seemed annoyed with his life.
When he came to the register he told me there was 8 orders ahead of me and walked away.
I understand busy nights and/or being short staffed but even after 3 other employees showed up, they took their time to acknowledge the other person that came in.

First time ordering here. Get home home that have added so many olives to my Hawaiian pizza. Now I got to drive all the way back

This place is ran horribly! First time I ordered pizza from here 2 hours later I realized still didn't have my pizza I called and they said oh I'm sorry it got sent to the wrong house we will remake it and I had to wait another hour. Today I ordered and they sent me the wrong pizza. I ordered pepperoni, olives, pineapple and they sent me Canadian bacon, jalapeños and mushroom! I called read out my receipt with the pizza I wanted and the one they sent so they "remade" it we waited over another hour and they sent the exact wrong pizza again with the bacon, jalapeños and mushroom! That's not even on my order at all! I called back and they said we didn't get a remake.uh yes you did and you just sent it to me and it was the wrong one again! So they remade it AGAIN! When we asked to read us back the order so we make sure we get the right one this time he had no idea.how where you going to remake the actual one and not even listen to us telling you what we wanted! Its already 2 hours and we have to wait another 40 minutes This place is horrible!

Used to be so much better. So much so that they ran Papa Johns out of Jarrell. Now, their service isn't much better. Made 2 online orders in the last month, and both were left as delivered, yet I never received my order. Finally got it 1 1/2 hours after the original order. And what do you know!? The same exact thing happens both times with little to no explanation other than we will remake it. I'm sorry to say, but this place has fallen on hard times. BEWARE! It wouldn't be a big dig had they made it right; however, each time I KNOW I received the original order extraordinarily late because it was hardly lukewarm.

Thank you for still offering curbside outside of the hours posted. I was unaware when I ordered, so I left my wheelchair at home. When I got to the store and tried to check on on the app, the curbside wasn't available, I realized there were certain hours for carside delivery. I called and explained and They were happy to bring my food curbside for me.

Got a delivery, 1 mile from the store, paid with my card. Guy gets to my house, doesn’t knock, leaves the food outside and then helps himself to a 6$ tip I didn’t leave. Totally unprofessional. I used to deliver for dominos and that is a huge no no.

95 percent of the time they get my order right. Been going to this location for carryout for about a year now (2021 2022 present time). Give them a try. Nice staff that works there and good pizza

It's a chain pizzeria, which isn't an insult, but you know what you're getting before you get it. However, the working crew are courteous and friendly and that's what earns this rating from a 3.5 / 4 straight to a 5.

70 something year old dominos driver followed me to tell me he thought I was tailgating him. I mean honestly he was going 10 in a 25, seemed to be attempting to locate an address. He pulled to the right and stopped, I thought he was dropping off a delivery, so I went around. He laid on his horn as soon as I passed, as I slowed to figure out what was going on the driver sped up to catch me, pulled to my passenger side and began his tirade (I had my 4 month old daughter with me. I left and the driver attempted to follow me home, but I lost him. How did I know he wore for dominos? Well, the guy was smart enough to wear his uniform.while cussing out the public that pays for his salary. I expect a call or reach out from a district manager. We will not so business with dominos until this behavior is discussed and addressed. My neighbor also encountered the same driver with the same issue but stated the driver exited his vehicle and approached hers. She is an ltc holder and thought he was going to try and get her out of her car. This driver is creating danger for the community and shout be terminated. If you wear a uniform or drive a company vehicle with logos, you are a walking talking billboard. You represent the company and the values of that company. Hopefully dominos company values will it tolerate such behavior.

I don't know what's going on with this location but it's going down hill. I've placed orders and when I go to pick up they still haven't even put them in the oven. I used to order twice a week for my boys. Not anymore.

Matt was awesome, very kind and understanding over the phone when we called very close to closing time. Being the only dominos in the area we choose dominos because of the rewards and how good the black box pizza is. We really appreciate his kindness and efforts to make things right when we weren’t able to redeem our rewards online. He fixed everything no problem. Every experience we have had at this specific location has been great. Thankyou Matt and all those who helped. Hope your managers give you the proper credit that’s due.

Consistently good pizza. Even on a busy Friday night, one of the drivers was very friendly and helped find my order when I came into the store.

It’s becoming increasingly difficult to Tip drivers for their hard work when the store is being so aggressive on delivery fees.
$4.99 for a 5 min drive AND a $20 minimum. It’s seriously outrageous that a simple order can turn into $30 simply for wanting to tip fair for gas and have the store rip us off.

I stopped by to go to the store next door and smell your pizza so I decided to stop in and order me one. I ordered the large four topping for $10.81 with tax. Thank you to the young man who made it easy for me to place my order @ the register.
Omg it is soooo delicious, you all at Domino's made my pizza perfect. You nailed it!
I can literally say I enjoyed my food tonight, thanks again Domino's staff!
Definitely coming back!
