15I made a online order over an hour ago. 11: 19 a.m today. My estimated time said 20 to 35 mins. I've even waited an extra 5 mins before I called to check on my order and all of a sudden can't get anyone on the phone.not even to cancel the order. When I check the tracker on the website, it shows Sharon did quality check at 11: 55 a.m. It's now 12: 34 noon and I still haven't received my order. Yall need to do better and communicate. Fix the phones. They were working fine this morning.
Needs new management desperately! They get the orders wrong, take forever to deliver the food and never answer the phone!
Ordered online and was quoted 31-46 minute delivery time. Monitored order in 'tracker' and it entered 'Quality Check' at 1: 55pm. After trying to call at 2: 40pm and receiving no answer I drove up to the store and my food was sitting in one of the employees cars while they were inside. The employee said she was, "about to leave. " When asked how long my food had been in her car she wouldn't answer and gave me an attitude when asked to cancel the order because I don't want cold pizza.
I placed a online order for delivery. Someone called and said they had no delivery drivers available and asked if I'd still be wanting the order. I said Yes no problem i still wanted the order. They gave me a pick up time and we disconnected. When I arrived 2 guys were there. No one said a word. It was really weird. The just kinda stood there. Finally I said am I in the right spot!? !? I'm picking up a to go order and I gave my name. Without a sound one of them grabbed my order and set it on the counter and that was literally it. I was a uncomfortable vibe for sure. Customer service is extremely bad here the order was right but based on my interaction I won't go back. They made me feel like as a customer I didn't belong there.
I got a chicken Alfredo thin crust onions and mushrooms and spinach was not good not enough of anything
We ordered for the first time based on a friend of ours recommending we try it. It was drowning with cheese, however only a sprinkle of Philly steak meat was sparsly sprinkled in the middle of the pizza was only in the middle.
The manager of this Domino's location is Awesome! She is so professional and I love how she manage her staff especially the teenagers on the evenings and night shift!
If yall want pizza that's on time and not have to wait over an hour for a pie just go to cicis or anywhere besides this particular store cause you better have a ton of patience.
They are stepping up their game with better pizza and service, but I need another few visits before I forget about terrible past. They have slowed down in preparation time.
I hate I live so close to this Domino's. They might as well not even use the tracker because your order is never ready when the tracker says it should be. When I asked the manger why this is, her response was literally "I don't know. "
Always late, and pizza is never cut correctly. Ordered pizza over an hour ago and the app hasn’t even updated. After being hung up on and then placed on hold for 15 minutes my husband drove up there. They hadn’t even started making the pizza. It’s been over an hour at this point. I paid for delivery and a tip and i will be getting my money back
My phone records every call. What these people were doing was too much. Made and order at 5: 52 pm and called at 6: 46 pm to check the order worker lied. I called back at 7: 09 pm inquiring about my order staff lied and said I was loud and rude, and he hung up. I called right back, and the manager answered. She said I was hollering and wasn't, and she was the rudest manager ever. I had to listen to the messages to make sure I wasn't tripping, and I wasn't. You all should hear the message; they were unprofessional.
I understand weekends are busy. However courtesy goes a long way. I ordered online for delivery and the order status stayed in prep for well over an hour. I called and was on hold for 20 mins up until arriving to the location. When someone did acknowledge me I was advised of the 2hr + wait time. No one had welcoming attitudes. Long story short you work where you apply. We all got probs don’t wear your attitude with your uniform to work. Save your money go to McDonalds instead
A whole bunch of young people work here, and they are the best pizza place in Lancaster, to me, but they always forget my ranch SMH
